+ -1 moreI thought 160.00 was pretty steep, but I honestly don't know what I was expecting. It could have been much worse. And it's certainly better than buying a new dryer!
Description of Work: I have a 15 year old Sears Kenmore dryer that stopped working. I had called another local repair service, and they told me that only Sears services Kenmore. Not wanting to deal with Sears, I tried Home Appliance after seeing other positive reviews, and they said, No problem! They made an appointment for the next day, and there was some fuse burnout issue- they fixed it right then & now the dryer works fine.

+ -1 moreHome Appliance Part & Service were excellent. I thought they were competent, they took care of it, and it was under warranty so they didn't charge me for the piece. I would call them again. Evidently I had used them years ago.

Description of Work: Washing machine had leaked during the spin cycle, technician arrived (called 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way) during the 2 hour window. Technician dissembled the washer and made a diagnosis, repaired it and tweaked other things on the machine, showed what he was doing, made recommendations for better performance.
