We had a mouse in our vent/fan above our stove in the middle of the night and called so many pest removal places that claimed to be open 24 hours a day but couldnâ t send us anyone until morning. We found Herpetological and Chuck got in contact with us almost instantly - super respectful, knowledgeable, and nice guy. We told him the situation, he said he had some ideas, and he was at our place within the hour. Not only did he set up traps where we knew the mice were, he took a look around our condo, inside and out, to try to figure out how/where they were getting in and come up with a plan for prevention. Chuck was very responsive after his visit as well and was happy to follow up with us. His prices were also really reasonable. Would recommend his services to anyone!
