+ 3 moreFrom the day I called him (on references from a Realtor) to the time all work was completed, Dan was on time, very meticulous and extremely accommodating, even when he or I found other-unexpected-things needing repair. He is honest, very competent, and reasonable in price. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Dan painted interior walls, scraped and repaired exterior and interior window frames and painted them. He installed laminate floors in the living room and upstairs hall, painted the deck and repaired exterior wall (clapboard). He also repaired cabinets in two bathrooms and did other cosmetic work.
