had this company for 12 years under original owner, last year my furnace stopped operating while I was in Florida, despite numerous phone calls (3 by me and 3 by my brother-in-law) no response. several other unit holders in this condo complex also dropped this company. I had to call another company to get help. seems like the owner just does not care anymore.

I recently moved into this house and the seller had provided a home warranty policy. When I discovered the leaking water, I called the warranty company. They sent All Temp to provide service. The technician came the same day and made some adjustments that reduced the leaking. Unfortunately, as soon as the A/C had to run hard, it started leaking again, so I called him back. He assumed the problem was the pump that he had looked at in the previous visit, so he ordered a new one and told me it should come in the next day. The next afternoon I called, because I hadn't heard anything and the house was getting very warm. Eventually I found out that it wasn't ordered in time to get that day and that he'd stop by the following afternoon, which he did. (He didn't give a specific time or call ahead, but I was at home all day, so it wasn't a problem.) When he looked at it again, he decided that it wasn't actually the pump and instead cleared the condensate pipe, believing there to be a clog. He admitted that he should have done that the first time, but that he now had done what he knew to do. He mentioned having his brother come out if there continued to be a problem, but he didn't. When it kept leaking, I called back and they said I should wait at least a few hours to see if the leaking would stop. It didn't. I called again and was not able to reach them. I called several times a day for a couple of days and could not reach them and they did not return my call. I then called the warranty company again, who contacted them for me and I was told they'd be out the next morning. They did not show up. I called the warranty company again and eventually they did come back. This time he sprayed pan sealant in to "fix" any holes in the pan, where it appeared the water was coming from. He said it might take a day or two to stop leaking. It kept leaking. I called the warranty company once more and requested that they send someone different out. He called and set a time to come out. He showed up on time and fairly quickly determined that I needed a new pan. Because this part is difficult to get on it's own, they ordered a whole new coil assembly, which we expect to have installed next week. Conclusion: The All Temp technician either did not know what he was doing or didn't want to be bothered actually fixing the problem.
Description of Work: My air conditioner was leaking water. He attempted to fix it, and improved the situation, but did not completely resolve the problem. Another company is replacing a part next week, which should solve the problem at last.
