Jerry responded immediately, came the next day as promised (calling beforehand to confirm the appointment and his arrival time) and fixed the problem we had called him for. He also provided great detail about how our (very old) locks work and how to keep them in working order in the future, which I appreciated. He was so helpful that I asked him to take a look at a couple other issues (a door that didn't latch and a poorly functioning bathroom doorknob) and he took care of these issues as well. He has been in the business for several decades and this showed inthe quality of his work and ability to understand the problems immediately. It was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone and be pleased to work with him in the future.

Excellent. Jerry responded quickly and was very upfront with what he could and couldn't do. Unlike others that just show up to assess the problem, he requested photos and asked pertinent questions in advance. Because of a security concern I needed to change the locks on my doors to my house. Jerry responded promptly and performed a thorough and professional installation of new locks and new keys.
