 + -1 moreWalt replaced a railroad tie retaining wall with an interlock wall with a cap. The wall looks ok but several cuts could have been done more accurately. The main problem is that I did not have enough dirt on site to cover both ends of the wall and Walt has ignored several requests to bring in more. The drain on one end and the stepping of the blocks is still exposed to weather. I spend $1400 on this wall and now I need to pay for a load of dirt to complete the job.
