Description of Work: We had used Bill at Alliance Realty because he offered different home selling options. We were selling an inlaws home and were trying to save money. They willl help you with any real estate questions and no pressure. They can be a little blunt, but honesty is preferable to placating. We are also using Alliance as a buyers gent. They have provided updates to new listings and were not putting pressure on us to see properties we did not really want to see. We do the drivebys and calll them when we wante to see something. I may join the firm if I get a RE Lic.
