The price was reasonable.

To begin with, Mark was very professional. He really seemed to know his stuff, and clearly has some training as an arborist. He didn't just say, cut them all down - instead, he walked me around the my property, pointing out trees that might be a problem, would be a problem, and those that need not be touched. He also talked about husbandry - taking care of the trees we had. We agreed on a price and time, and he scheduled our work to coincide with work being done down the road from us so we would not have pay "just to have them show up". They arrived when they said they would, got straight to work, and left our property clean and clear. We plan on having them back soon, to do some more work out back.

Mark and his crew were professional during the whole process. Cut down all the trees we agreed on and trimmed a few branches with out charging any extra. We would definitely us Mark for tree work in the future.

They arrived on the scheduled day and did the work we agreed on. They took TONS of hangers out of our trees! They charged me the low end of the quoted price range, which I appreciated greatly. The crew was a bit rough around the edges, vocabulary-wise. I figure it was because they had been working without a break for months after storm Alfred last October. Also, their bucket truck leaked hydraulic oil on the driveway. They should have put down a tarp or plywood. Overall they got a LOT of work done for a very reasonable price.

He was the only guy in town to call me back. He came out right away and had the job done the next week. In fact he got it done so fast I didn't even know he had come by. The tree was just gone. He must have done it while I was out in the afternoon.

The job went very well. They were very quick. They were able to sort out all their problems on their own. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use their services in the future also.
