+ -1 moreHorrible customer service by owners female worker . Rude , nasty and condescending! I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Left pieces laying around that created a dangerous situation to our grandkids and pets.

Description of Work: A Haywood sand filter was installed and they charged us for removal of the old and extremely heavy sand filter. They left it in our backyard for weeks and after many painful and time consuming phone calls, finally picked it up after I dragged it out of the backyard with my neighboor and resulted with injuries. We paid them a partial payment of $150.00 of the $238.00 installation/removal fee and they now they will not service our filter that has a leak. They were very disrespectful to us over the phone and hung up on us when we called for service that is under warantee. Many other former customers have made the same or similar endorsements about Imperial Pools by Nova. Consumer beware and stay away from these lousy people and their failure of a company. Polite and couteous attitutdes by people who should be grateful for residents who keep them in business and put food on their table went out with nickel beers at Imperial.

+ -1 moreThey are good and my overall experience with them has also been good. They have people who would help put up pools such as underground pools. If my pool is attacked by termites they even have people to take care that. They have solutions for any common problems which I may have with my pool. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Imperial Pools By Nova Inc to buy chemicals and other supplies I require for my pool. I have been using them for the past ten years.
