Andre was punctual and professional. He was also a CHAMP---just minutes into the job he uncovered a bee's nest and was stung several times (a real risk when up high on a ladder). Rather than take a break, complain or even pack it up to go, he asked for bug spray, sprayed the nest and charged ahead, all with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this true PRO. Steve, Carol, and their employees were absolutely amazing. We had all of the gutters and downspouts replaced on our house in Wallingford Connecticut. Steve and Carol gave us a very fair price estimate for the requested work. The installation process went very well, and the work was completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend CTGutterPro, as their entire process in working with a residential customer is one that other commercial vendors should try and emulate.

They wouldn't tell me when the job would be performed so I was forced to just wait and assume that somebody will at some point arrive to do the cleaning. The crew arrived two weeks after I was charged for the service. The gutters were still dirty after they were done and one of the spouts was still clogged despite the fact that we explicitly pointed the blocked spout to the working crew.

Wonderful hiring for another project. Was in time and completed fast so I could enjoy my day! Made this senior citizen smile!

Mike Lanzo was very personable and professional in his proposal for the work that needed to be done. I feel the price was quite reasonable, and have observed the gutters working terrifically during the heavy downpours during the past few weeks. The work was done sooner than the estimated date, and the young men who did the work, John and Andre, were very professional in demeanor. All refuse was removed. I am extremely pleased.

Issue was undersized downspouts resulting in water spilling over gutters and pooling around foundation. Larger downspouts installed around the house. Mesh gutter covers were also installed. Work was done promptly, efficiently and competently. Owner Mike Lanzo is a straight shooter. Especially helpful working with other vets.

I had gutters installed about three years ago. I have nothing but problems with overflow and water seeping back to inside the wall. I gave CT Gutter Pro a call. The next day Mike came out to inspect my problem. He explain to me the problems the gutter were causing and why. I decided to go with his recommendations The next day his crew showed up on time. Employees are pleasant to interact with and professional. Work was scheduled easily. Quality of the work appears good and employees do more than is required of them, i.e., blowing leaves off the parts of the roof where they often become stuck.

Never got to hire them because, 1. They don't come to your house to quote the job( that their policy) 2. Their policy is $ 242 for: 150 per linear foot 3. I sent photos of my home and spoke via phone 4. They said that they ask for $ 100 down on a a credit card. Once their employee is out cleaning our gutters, they will contact homeowner to ask for more $ if the job is greater than 150 linear feet ! WHAT A SCAM ! 5. I even offered them to stop by when they are in my town working on a job so that they could see what they are in to and, quote the job correctly which would protect me and them ! THEY REFUSED and replied " THAT'S NOT HOW WE OPERATE " !

Excellent.... what a fantastic job this company did on our home.... true professionals .... had 4 estimates, and went with the most expensive .... and I am glad I did ... would highly recommend ct gutter pro to anyone

It was good. It was fine. Not excellent, but good. It worked. The responsiveness was a little off and they tried to sell more than what was needed, and I just said no.
