+ -1 moreGreat attention to detail with excellent knowledge of drafting. Was easy to get in touch with and is flexible if changes We're needed. Took careful measurements and pictures of project and kept in touch along the way.
Description of Work: Came up with a thoughtful ideas that worked with our plan, came in at a much lower cost than the person that we were going to use and had more knowledge and more detailed blueprints. Can't say anything bad about the experience.......

+ -1 moreI am a designer and have worked on several projects with Bob through the years and find that he is a wonderful person to work with. He is helpful and always provides exceptional service. He understands construction and makes suggestions that are relevant to the job. Bob is great to work with and I wouldn't use anyone else for architectural prints. The last job that we worked with, the builder asked for construction detailed drawings. Bob knew exactly what to provide and helped me, as a designer, to provide all of the necessary drawings to move forward with the building permits. He works quickly and has always come through for me. He is very dependable, great work ethic, and an absolute pleasure to know.
Description of Work: Bob provided professional building plans to use for attaining permits for an addition.
