Everything went great, smooth, and by the numbers.

My dryer had stopped running altogether. Richard was able to identify the problem immediately, ordered the part (a new thermostat) and came back to install it several days later. He cleaned out the lint from inside the machine (it still gathered in one place even though I clean it out after every cycle) and noted that the airflow was good, but it might still need to have the dryer vent cleaned. He and his wife Donna, who comes out on all of the calls, too, and handles the business end of things) came back immediately when I called to say that the dryer was running very hot. It turned out that there was a lot of backup in the dryer vent. They were nice enough to look up the numbers of businesses who clean dryer vents and to tell me what to look for and questions to ask of them. Overall, after having Richard out for this problem, I wouldn't call anyone else next time I have an appliance in need of repair.

Great! They called me back less than 24 hrs from when I left a message and then offered to come out that day. Unlike 2 other appliance repair places I called, they had a visit fee of $69.95 + tax but that INCLUDED the labor required to replace the belt, and they were also able to give me an approximate price for the part that I thought was broken over the phone (the other places refused to quote me any even tentative cost for the part since "it could be anything" that was broken). They showed up exactly on time, were very professional and quick in fixing the problem, and then went to great lengths to re-attach the dryer to the vent--Richard had to block himself in a corner of the room behind the dryer and then hop under the gas line, vent, and over the washer to get back out. Now, I have a functioning dryer and a 90 day warranty on the part/labor as well as a year warranty on the part itself. They were prompt, professional, competent and cheaper than any of the other appliance places I called--I will definitely use them again if I have any issues with a washer/dryer/refrigerator/dishwasher/garbage disposal/oven!

THEY GAVE ME FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. I REMEMBER CALLING THEM THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIFIC AND MY STOVE WORKS FINE NOW.

THEY FIGURED OUT THAT THE PROBLEM WITH MY DISHWASHER WAS THAT IT WASN'T USING ENOUGH WATER TO CLEAN THE DISHES. THEY CLEANED OUT THE WATER PUMP AND THAT DID THE TRICK.
