This was not an easy project as it turned out. It was for half the roof but as it turned out the thing was done. Once the roof was uncovered we found joists that were rotted and required replacement. When checking the other side there was no water and ice barrier at all and had a small rotted place so the whole roof was done. When repairing the roof, either a rotted timber or a human foot came through the ceiling inside. This we had repaired for $750.00 yesterday. Steve was very accommodating in repairing the roof and assisting us in other things. He put on GAF shingles but told us there was not a warranty lifetime nor have we received any paperwork from GAF. We previously had a house done with GAF and received all the necessary paperwork outlining the warranty which was 50 yrs for that one. Just strange.

They explained in detail what needed to be done, and worked with me on my time constraints. Always professional, and went above and beyond. This was just a repair, but I will be calling them for the roof replacement when the time comes. You just cannot go wrong with this company!

Steven responded to my request in a timely fashion, scoped out the project and completed the work timely and professionally. He kept me informed of the status throughout the process to avoid surprises. The work area was left spotless.

Explained the problem and recommended replacing entire section of roof, they were able to patch the section that was leaking until I can get the entire roof replaced in the spring

The caliber of Steve and his workers was equal to the quality of their service. It was obvious Steve is a dedicated person who loves his job and takes pride in what he does. His price was reasonable considering the time and extra effort he put in and made himself available if I had any questions. Watching his workers was a lesson in itself which other contractors should learn from.
