Although we knew most of what we wanted, Veronica was very helpful with the color options and also recommended the we consider getting the motorized cellular shades because of the height of that window. We are very glad that we did. The kitchen window film we love! We weren't sure to start as the first installation was not to our liking. Veronica agreed and she had it reinstalled. Veronica was great to work with. She listened, made recommendations and the result was beautiful, quality shades that fit perfectly in the different rooms. In addition, her installer was very precise and skilled.

It was so easy. Veronica came out and measured for me . She had samples for me to look through. My husband and I decided to install them ourselves so we had them shipped to our home. The shipping time was very reasonable and they were easy to install.

It went excellent! Veronica was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and professional. She helped us come to the proper shade of color that worked best with our building and the proper amount of sunlight that would be able to pass through on those hot sunny days! We couldn't be happier.

I will definitely use Voom again! Drapes and blinds were made from high quality materials and function exceptionally well. We needed window treatments that look great but can also be opened and closed daily- function was key for us. We received professional timely, service with the addition of some very helpful and practical decorating advice.

Veronica came to our house with samples and helped us choose the best options for our needs and budget. She knew we wanted to stay within a certain budget and held true to both the budget as well as our other requests (such as adding liner to the shades). After we had already chosen the blinds we wanted for the living room, she called to tell me the manufacturer was offering an upgrade that month for free and we were able to take advantage. She was very professional and personable and smiled happily while working in our very hot and non air-conditioned living room in the heat of the summer!

Veronica was great.... personable and very knowledgeable about every product she represents. Her sales approach was wonderful....I've found a lot of designers try to tell you what you want and she made gentle suggestions that made me feel I made the decisions on my own. Wooden shutters in the kitchen and beautiful honeycomb blinds throughout the house. Over 20 blinds were ordered and delivered in the time frame she quoted and her installer was also professional and truly interested in doing a good job installing. I was so happy with the job that months later I wanted to do the rest of my home and I was completely satisfied again with the product and the job. I have ordered a total of over 35 blinds and I love how they make my home look, warm and inviting. I have recommended VOOM to some of my friends who now feel that same way that I do. Ordering window products from someone you are comfortable with makes what could be a stressful experience into a pleasant one. VOOM Window Fashions met and exceeded all my expectations.

She is just extremely professional. She works with the client to take into an account their design preference, lifestyle and functionality. She is very quick in pulling a certain look together. Has a lot of very reputable contact people. ie. furniture/carpet/antique providers she works with. She collaborates well with other contractors. She has a terrific color sense. She does a beautiful job using color throughout the house and uses color to flow from one room to the next beautifully. From the smallest to the most in depth project, she will do a fantastic job. Her attention to detail is second to no other. I would highly recommend her.

Let's just say when I started I hated my living room - and kept wasting money on things that didn't help as well as making color and design choices that just didn't work (a constant source of frustration for me) … and now, after a few visits with Veronica my living room could be in a interior design magazine - not kidding. It's now hands down my favorite room in the house. What she did seemed so simple, and yet I've lived in this house for 8 years and the things she did, choices she made, just never would have occurred to me. Oh the money I SAVED by hiring Veronica as well. Just by going with the contractor she recommended for the hardwood floors alone she SAVED ME SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars - so the $600 or so I've spent on her services were nothing - plus now I LOVE my home. I've always had kid parties at my house and now I could confidently host a black tie cocktail party too! Besides making my home look beautiful AND saving me a lot of money in the long run, what I also really like about Veronica is her ability to both use what I already owned to re-do my home, but to also make gentle and appropriate recommendations for where and how to spend money when I'm ready to update this or that - such as new rugs on my hardwood floors, lighting, fixtures, furniture and wall hangings. Moreover, she's happy to research these things for me - which saves a lot of time since she clearly knows what she's doing … and going on the night and day difference in my home I clearly don't (ha! ha!). How did this go over with my husband? He didn't understand why hiring Veronica was necessary or of value when I first told him about it, but after just her first visit he got it and has been equally as pleased with her work.
