Workman were timely, professional and quite knowledgeable. I would recommend Tom Saint to anyone. We defiantly will use Tom on our next project. As a project executive on major out of ground construction projects I appreciate their quality.

Toms team is very thorough and professional. They are a full service crew that can manage all phases of restoration which makes coordination of construction much simpler for a homeowner.

Tom was very professional as was his entire crew. Each day they were on time and worked the entire day with limited breaks. The crew showed up on five consecutive days and cleaned up at the end of each day. They payed attention to all details and were very friendly as well as polite. The entire job was professional and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Tom and will use him again for painting, carpentry and flooring.

Tom Saint was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and a gentleman. Our house needed major work and 80% had to be sanded down to bare wood before primer and stain were applied. Every one of his employees were also professional and courteous. Our house came out beautiful!

Tom he made the job finish to be a bigger job that we thought to be because of all the recommendations that he gave us, Thomas absolutely very good at his job so he made recommendations about colors and painting colors from the house to your house and I really loved the way that the house is right now so he made a wonderful job. Tom Saint and crew provided an extremely high level of professional service and craftsmanship that exceeded my family's expectations. Before prep and paint, our home needed the works, including; power washing, sanding of wood siding down to bare wood and replacement of some rotten wood. Tom and crew also did an great job fabricating some custom molding and trim to match some non-standard and vintage millwork. Tom's communication regarding timing, scheduling and responsiveness to a few unexpected changes/additions was excellent throughout the entire project. In the end, they made our house and out buildings look fantastic! The pride of their high quality of the work is evident throughout my property. Thanks Tom!

Good; floors look nice. Tom was very responsive, punctual, and was able to get the work started quickly. A few touch ups were needed and were done in a timely manner. Not a flawless job, but well worth what it cost.

Tom and his crew did an outstanding job in the short 1.5 week window that we had before moving into the house. They completely transformed the house and it turned out amazing.

I had a good feeling about Tom from our first phone conversation. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. After describing our project, he sent us pictures of work he had previously done to give us ideas. He was quickly able to meet with us in person to discuss our project and gave us a written estimate within 24 hours. Tom stuck to his estimate and the only additional charge was for work that was beyond the scope of the original quote. Tom is extremely responsive and throughout our entire project he always immediately returned phone calls or responded to messages. Despite being very busy with multiple jobs, Tom always took the time to thoroughly answer any questions we had and stopped by to check on progress on a regular basis. We had a tight timeline and Tom was very accommodating, always assuring us that he would make it happen. We appreciate that he dedicated so many workers to our house in order to meet our deadline. His painting crew and floor refinishing crew are both outstanding. Every worker was extremely friendly, polite, and respectful of our space. Every day they left our house clean. Tom and his crew place a high value on customer satisfaction and take great pride in the quality of their work. We had a small complication with our floors that was a result of the wood, not the work. Tom's flooring foreman, Mauro, came back to our house 4 times after the work was completed to resolve the issue. The quality of the work is outstanding and you can be confident in knowing that you will be happy with the end result. I highly recommend Tom Saint!

Tom came out first to meet with me and see what needed to be done and give me an estimate. He recommended a few options such as painting the faded metal around the windows and painting the large exposed areas of foundation to match the color of the house. He also worked with me to determine the paint colors for the house and deck. It turned out beautiful and I love the colors. He has a large crew of painters so they can get the work completed in a short time if necessary. Some of the front gutters and downspouts had moved out of place over the years and the workers readjusted them to function properly again. I decided to go with his recommendations on painting the foundation and the metal around the windows, which really made the windows pop. Removing the wallpaper and refinishing the wall took more time than Tom had expected. It was a lot of work for the price we paid. He had his best finishers come to complete the project and address any concerns I had to make sure I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Tom for a project, he offers a great price for a wonderful result.

It started it out well but as the project continued, the foreman never communicated before the crew left. My husband and I contacted Tom to express our frustration and we were basically labeled as difficult. The work was okay. Not what I expected when hiring a 'professional'. One portion of the job we did not have him complete because we were done with the attitude and lack of professionalism. The walls were never primed before painting and it chipped and the old color of yellow is coming through. The rooms were not sealed off completed before sanding and the entire house was covered in dust. I expect dust but this was in such excess. This is less than a month since the painting was completed. I would not recommend this contractor.

Our house was in dire need of a complete exterior painting job, however, we also had a decent amount of carpentry work that was required due to rotting trim. ?In soliciting multiple estimates, I felt that only Tom Saint would be able to provide the "complete" service of restoring the base of the house along with providing a quality paint job. ?Tom's and his crew were very professional and performed the work quickly. ?Every day when they left the site was clean. ?The house looks great! ?Thanks Tom!!!

Tom is a true professional in every sense of the word. He returns all calls,emails, and texts immediately. He is the rare contractor that is always on time and does everything he promises to do and even more. His demeanor makes it a pleasure to do business with him. He gives helpful ideas and is always open to make changes even after the job has started and the customer,like me,decides to do something a little different than agreed upon. His crew is always on time, they are courteous and conscientious in every phase of the job. They take the time to make sure the rest of the house stays clean and neat during the renovation. I highly recommend Tom Saint for any painting and remodeling you need done. You will not be disappointed. A rare find in a world that lacks the old time professional work ethic that Tom Saint offers.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Tom and his crew did on our home. Starting with the estimate process all the way through the final brush stroke, both Tom and his crew were very professional. His estimate was in line with other estimates we received; however, he was the only one who could start immediately and complete the work in 2-3 days. Tom and his crew completed the job on time and within budget, and the final product looks incredible. Everyday they were attentive to my family's needs, and they set up and cleaned up without creating a huge disruption. Any issues were identified and addressed immediately by either Tom or his foreman, Victor. When we had a mix up in communication regarding the stairwell, Tom ensured that somebody came out the next morning to address the issue. By the time I came home from work that evening, the problem was rectified and looked terrific. I will be using Tom and his crew for future projects around my house, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

The team was a good bunch of guys and everything turned out nicely. We were pleased with the job, the care they took and the speed of execution. Besides having a great name, Tom is a conscientious, hands on manager, checking in daily to inspect how the job was progressing. We will be using them again as future painting needs arise.
