I was very nervous to paint our kitchen cabinets since we are about to list our home. However, I am so happy we chose Tom Saint and his great crew to do the job. They look awesome! It made a huge difference and now we feel so confident that our kitchen looks more modern, fresh and updated. They even replaced and painted some rotten fascia boards on the exterior of our home. We would highly recommend them and use Tom Saint Painting in the future. Tom and his crew are professional, neat and punctual.

Tom and his team are extremely organized. We had limited time before moving trucks were arriving from our old home. He had every piece of work that needed to be done coordinated and organized down to every last detail- in the exact order that made perfect sense! We love everything- and as an added bonus, Tom has great artistic vision! Prices are very fair and the work is top notch. We hope to use Tom Saint Painting and Remodeling again in the near future.

We chose Tom based on seeing his previous work via his website and in meeting with him and walking through our job. Tom's experience and insight were incredible and we were able to see the same vision we wanted with our projects. It went fantastically well! I originally contacted Tom because I wanted the same company to do both my floors and the interior painting. I wanted to do both in a condensed period of time and would be occupying the house as much as possible during the process, so coordination of both aspects of the project was very important. We had not done the floors for over 20 years and we had not painted some parts of the house for more than 15. Tom had immediate and definitive ideas of what I could do to make my house look more current with paint colors and some carpentry, and he was able to show me pictures to help me understand what the end result would be. After just that first discussion, I felt like I could trust his vision and was immensely relieved to have the decisions of what to do already made. Then he helped us understand how the two projects would be coordinated and worked with us to fit it into our desired time frame. Tom provided us a proposal very promptly, and followed up with me to see if I had questions, so no frustration waiting for all of the discussions we had to be committed to paper. Once the project started, his crews on both the floors and painting were a delight to work with. Professional, prompt, very neat and paid attention to me whenever I asked them to. Tom was also very responsive by text or phone when I had questions or simply wanted reassurances. The experience was very positive, and we are completely thrilled with the results of his work!. Tom painted seven interior rooms in our new house, took down wallpaper, patched large holes, and finished a ceiling. His service was outstanding! He went above and beyond to work with our schedule, even coming out to our property on a Sunday morning for an estimate. His work ethic and color expertise make him one in a million. Everything was completed within 2 days with fine attention to detail and high quality of work. I would highly recommend Tom Saint and will definitely use him again in the future.

I want to thank Tom Saint and his crew for a beautiful house transformation. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Tom's help with choosing a paint color was invaluable. Tom takes pride in his work and his focus is to make the customer happy and give them what they want.

The project basically went very well. We were at first reluctant due to the price but once Tom explained all that he thought needed to be done we gritted our teeth and told him to go ahead. We are very pleased with the job his crew did. They were thorough, polite, and pleasant to talk to. Victor, the foreman did a great job of moving things along and answering all of our questions. I’ll be honest and wish I had a very good category between excellent and good. I am a stickler for details and our foundation plantings did take a bit of a beating. Tom and Victor explained the issues and I do think for the most part the crew tried to be careful but at times there were so many people moving fast to complete their tasks that our planting’s suffered a bit. The good news is that I am confident they will recover by next year.

My hardwood floors were a mess and also dating my entire home. I wanted something fresh and had a specific look in mind and a very tight timeline. I called Tom and he was able to completely understand what I was looking for and able to meet my timeline. The crew showed up when he said they would, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up after themselves. It looks like a completely different home - I will continue to hire and recommend Tom Saint -

The work was done very professionally, on time, and without any problems. There was extensive consultation and advice in paint selection, and we got a discount on supplies through this company. We also enjoy interactions with Tom Saints and his crew and got access to his extensive network of professionals for various work in the house. We are now using several that he recommended.

My kitchen is beautiful! Tom has great design ideas, his crew is very hardworking and excellent at their job. I had wallpaper removed, beadboard replaced, sofets removed, walls and cabinets painted and backsplash tile installed. We were comfortable enough to go away while the work was being done and Tom sent pictures all through the process. Would recommend to anybody.

We've lived with our painted interior for 9 months now and we have no complaints about the quality of the paint job that was done, and have enjoyed the brighter interior that was created. The colors are still bright. The white paint over the brown cabinetry is still going strong and not chipping. We were very happy with the results and the entire process and would use Tom Saint again for other projects.

Tom and his crew (Victor was our foreman) were an absolute godsend. The house looks completely new and is a dream to live in. Tom was super responsive and gave us daily updates. He was quick, precise and competitively priced. We plan on using him for everything and anything going forward. He even suggested a faux wainscoting which looks like a million bucks!

Tom has a fantastic team who did exceptional work

Tom has, without a doubt, the most professional painting crew that I have every worked with! The crew consistently arrives and leaves at the same time each day. Victor, the superintendant, knows every detail of the job and inspects the previous day’s work before he does a run-down with the crew about the day’s activities. Tom came by the site or called me each day just to check in or to discuss any challenges that may have arisen. Because we had so much sanding and repair work, the site was prepped with new plastic sheeting each day. At the end of the day, all of the dusty plastic and drop cloths were removed and the work area was vacuumed. All materials and equipment was placed neatly out of the way. The entire crew was so polite and professional. Extensive trim moulding with an oil finish takes a certain level of painter to be able to achieve a master-class finish. Tom has those painters available. Tom is so responsive to every need you might have on your job. It was such a pleasure working with him and all the crew.

Tom and his crew did a great job updating our house when we moved in. It looked like a different house when they were done. They removed some horrible built-in shelves, updated other built-in shelves that now look AWESOME, installed crown molding, and painted 75% of the rooms/hallways in our house. The job was done quickly and professionally. His team is great and we had no worries leaving them alone in the house while we were at work. I highly recommend Tom Saint and would hire him again in a heartbeat if my husband ever lets me update our kitchen!

We are very pleased with the work done by Tom and his crew, from start to finish. He responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, and gave us excellent advice on how to approach the work including paint colors, which we are very glad we listened to. We ended up painting a few more rooms than planned. The extra work involved removing wallpaper from 3 rooms and adding accent frames below the existing chair rail in the dining room, which I was concerned might extend the job beyond our deadline. The end result made a huge difference to the house, and definitely helped us to get several offers to buy. We called Tom to stop by to provide an estimate on the work we wanted done to our home which was to refinish the hardwood floors throughout our home, refinish and paint the kitchen cabinets and island, and to remove popcorn ceilings from a few rooms in our home. Tom was available to meet with us when we had asked him to and was upfront and honest when providing us a quote. After speaking with him, we knew right away that we were going to use him and his team to perform the work we needed done and we are so glad that we did. Throughout the process, Tom remained in constant communication with us to let us know when things were going to be happening and was very quick to answer his phone for a call or text if we had any questions along the way. Tom stopped by throughout the project to offer some suggestions, such as painting our island gray to pop in our kitchen as the cabinets were being painted white, which we would have never thought of on our own and love how it turned out. Everything came out better than we could have thought and the team worked cleanly, professionally, and quickly! Overall, we are very happy with the work Tom and his team performed for us and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling!
