Tom provided an amazing crew of very professional and courteous painters. I could not be more pleased with the job. They showed up on time and worked straight through to finish the job in just 2 days. If you are looking for painting or remodeling on your house, look no further. Everything was done very professionally. I was kept up to date on progress - no surprises. The workers were very polite and worked hard. The rooms are now beautiful.

When people talk about our home, they often think it is brand-new. It's an 11-year-old home that suffered some neglect before we moved in. Tom's attention to detail and determination to get the job done at a high quality level were truly outstanding qualities of working with him - and his team. He had a large crew on this job six days a week in order to meet a tough deadline; he had only five weeks from when we hired him to our move-in date, and he made it. Tom is personally invested in delivering a very high quality job and he has a crew and project manager / foreman (Viktor is who we worked with) who make that commitment real. Our only area of disappointment was with the floors, and to be honest it is a minor thing (a friend in the business noticed things we might not have understood as less-than-ideal results). We needed minor warranty work (a small bit of peeling paint), and Tom has been as good as his word to resolve it, sending Viktor and a helper to fix it up. I strongly recommend Tom Saint to anyone who wants a really great paint/staining project at a fair price. No regrets.

We couldn't be happier with Tom, his crew (Victor being his "go to guy"), and ultimately the job that was performed. As with any project it is important to have flexibility in order to adapt to any issues/obstacles that may present (and chances are they will). Tom is a professional with a small company, customer oriented approach, but with a big enough crew to handle any size job from one room to a huge house inside and out. Wow! My home looks fabulous. I just recently purchased this condo that was built in 1989 and looked like it hadn't been freshened up since then. The kitchen, laundry hall, and all the bathrooms had wallpaper - and two of them had wallpaper on the ceiling. The walls needed repairing, and the trim was dated. Working with Tom and his crew was a pleasure from start to finish. Tom came the same day I contacted him to review the job and emailed an estimate that same night. Tom's enthusiasm, clarity on what the job entailed, and suggestions made me choose him to do the job, and I am delighted that I did! Fortunately, Tom was able to schedule the job quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and dedication of Tom and his crew. They are hard working, meticulous with attention to detail. They are the best! Communication is excellent as Tom and his foreman kept in constant contact with me throughout the job. Tom's color suggestions were perfect. The results are stunning and my place looks elegant. Finding Tom was the best thing I could have done. He came in, assessed the work to be done, gave me a reasonable estimate, brought in his crew and got the work done. As this was insurance work, he worked with my insurance company in a professional manner, expediting the process. His crew was very professional. They were courteous, worked to minimize the disruption to my home, and kept us informed of their progress. They cleaned up after themselves each day, which was very much appreciated. As I have more work to be done, I will definitely turn to Tom in the future.

Tom Saint is a true professional. He returned my call and provided me with an estimate promptly. He sent his up to date insurance certificate upon my request. His unique suggestion of drywalling over an old pop corn ceiling instead of what other painters recommended (soaking and scrapping off the old plaster, a wet, messy, time consuming process) worked perfectly! They removed the existing crown moulding and re-installed it flawlessly! His men arrived early, worked hard and stayed late to finish the job. They left our house clean and took care of some minor touch up that I requested the next day. Tom is now our painter for life! I highly recommend that if you need paint call Tom Saint.

We were moving from out of state and found Tom on Angies List. After calling the local paint shops, he came highly recommended and we could not have been more pleased. He was always receptive to inquiries, actually answering the phone or returning them promptly. It was hard to be away for the month that it was being done, but Tom sent us photo's to follow the progress, which we found to be very professional and thoughtful. We are extremely happy with the result and highly recommend him.

I priced out the work I needed and decided Tom Saint was the man for the job because of his team's attention to the smallest detail and the amazing way his work team approached the job. They took the job on stat to finish and kept me in the loop the whole way. My house looks beautiful and now I know it will 'weather' another winter in the northeast well! His team treated my job as a restoration and the end product shows it. Tom is responsive to calls and follows up in a very timely manner. He had a foreman on the job who was nothing short of outstanding in moving the job along until the very end. I would use them again!

I called Tom and he was able to come to my house the same day and give me a quote. He sent me a written quote by email that night. I got 2 other quotes and he was very competitive. His sales pitch was the best so I went with him. 1 week later he and his crew showed up! He was able to fit us in on a couple rainy days which was very appreciated. His crew was very polite and friendly. The job took 3 days and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Their work was very good! They had to patch my ceilings in every room that they painted and now I can't tell where all the holes used to be. They went above and beyond what I asked for!! Great job!!!

After living here for over 10 years, the house needed a major make-over for both interior & exterior. I received three price quotes from different service providers and quickly decided to give the job to Tom, although his price is not the lowest, because: professionalism - Tom came over to give me an estimate quickly and provided some good suggestions on what could / should be done effectively to make a big difference the size of his crew - 14 experienced crew members who can complete this big job within a reasonable short period of time the wide range of skills of his crew - besides painting, they are also experienced in carpentry and tiles work so no needs to sub-contract those work out to another team, thus no coordination on my part nor uplifted cost Tom and his team did not disappoint me. They lived up to my expectations. The job was done in two weeks as planned. Tom came over everyday to supervise the team and ensure the job was executed properly. He helped me pick out the color of each room, answered my calls all the time (day, night, weekdays, weekend) and even volunteered some additional cosmetic work to further enhance the outcome of the job. I am so thrilled by how beautiful my house looks now. Thanks, Tom and your crew, for doing such a wonderful job and the excellent attentions you paid to your customers.

This was a pretty large undertaking with a very fast turn-around time WITHOUT sacrificing quality. Tom is a great guy, extremely patient and very easy to communicate with. This team is top-notch and will do whatever it takes to make you happy with the final product, they even clean up after themselves [unlike other so-called pros who leave a mess]. I plan to use Tom & his team in the future for other projects we are planning and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!

I had an appointment for Friday morning after ten he didn't show up. I saw that he sent me a message where he gave me a quote for more than I am prepared to pay at this time I requested a refund from Angie's List.

The work that I needed done would not fit within the deal.

Provider was unable to perform the work for an extended period of time. Did call and apologize, and offered to do the deal for free.

We are very happy with Tom and his team. He delivered on everything he promised and more. Tom was friendly, honest and very professional. His people are excellent. I was very happy with Victor the leader of the team because he is a perfectionist, very honest and he knew his stuff. Victor even gave me some ideas on color selection for the master bedroom ceiling. Tom and Victor are very good listener and only want the best for the client. I was very impressed about their work ethic. Tom also helped me select the color for the office - I showed Tom a picture from a magazine and right away he knew what I wanted. On two occasions the group stayed longer than a regular working day, but we didn't mind because we wanted it done as soon as possible. All together the work took 5 days to complete, and they did it very well.

Tom's crew was clean, efficient, punctual and did a fantastic job. He painted the railing in the hallway without being asked in a color that wasn't part of the rest of the project. A very nice surprise. Tom himself was pleasant and easy to deal with. They picked up everything when they were done leaving no sign that they were even there. I would use Tom again.

The job went extremely well. It was a big undertaking in 3 days. Nothing had been painted in this house for years. All the trim was the original and stained. We knew that painting would be transformative, but had no idea what a difference changing the old flush doors to new paneled doors would do. That was a brilliant suggestion from Tom Saint, the company owner. Tom, Victor and crew were extremely professional and very thoughtful while in the home. They took their shoes off each time they reentered the house from outside. It was impressive how clean they left the house at the end of each day. There were many things that stood out in their attention to detail. A wrought iron banister was given a fresh coat of much needed paint. We had not anticipated having that done.

Tom was very professional and responsive. He replied to my Angie's List inquiry within a couple of hours and showed up the next day for a quote. He had his crew at the house the day after that. Upon further inspection he decided to replace the ceiling instead of repairing it, at no increase in cost. Although the quote was only for skim coating Tom had his crew apply stain blocker and two coats of primer, again at no extra cost. All in all a very thorough job. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Process was really painless. Called for estimate on what we wanted. He came the next day. Discussed the colors we wanted and issues we had with furniture that needed to be moved. Tom asked us to select the colors we wanted from Benjamin Moore and let him know. He said he could do the job in one day and could fit us in the following week. The specific day he would confirm at the start of the next week. Tom and his crew of four (4) showed up at 8:30 AM on the appointed day as stated. They proceeded to setup the room for painting as well as covering all the areas they needed to walk on to get to the room. They first proceeded to disconnect a number of the large furniture items to permit moving them. They removed and disconnected mounted wall TV. They then moved and covered all furniture in the center of the room. Ceiling and wall repairs were then completed. Primer coat then painted on walls and ceiling. Note two of our walls were painted in dark blue and our new color choice was a light gray. They then painted the ceiling and woodwork white and the walls mostly gray with one wall gray and window area in a light brown. Furniture was then moved and reassembled. All the coverings and used material was removed, followed by our inspection of the completed job. We were impressive to have no issues. Job completed as promised with NO hassles.

I am very happy with the work done by Tom Saint Painting and Remodeling. The men on Tom's crew are very polite and a pleasure to deal with. They were always happy to answer my questions and quick to address concerns. The roof is of my house is clean and looks new again. The rotten trim and some siding was replaced during the prep for painting and the cost for this carpentry was very reasonable. The paint job looks great and is guaranteed for 5 years. Tom was good to his word and I am very satisfied.
