The painting was done very professionally and in a timely fashion. As stated above, the painters were extremely neat and were willing to go out of their way to help with odds and ends. They assisted us with removing prisms from our chandeliers so we could clean them and then replaced them for us.

Tom and his workers were excellent. They started work on time and worked efficiently each day. Each day the workers explained to us what was done and what would come next. The workers were careful and professional. Each time we were promised something the workers delivered. Tom himself checked with us frequently to make sure we were happy with the work. It was great to know that we could count on Tom and his workers to do their work with care and pride. I would highly recommend that you consider Tom Saint for jobs you need done at your home.

We had just moved into our house and were also new to the area. We found Tom Saint Painting & Remodeling both on Angies' List as well as seeing many of his jobsite signs around town. During initial prep, Tom discovered previous paint was applied without proper preparation (primer) so house needed to be sanded nearly completely. He immediately provided additional workers to complete this task in order to stay on schedule. Additional cost was incurred but he kept it reasonable. His crew also repaired/replaced 9 window sills that had suffered long-term water damage due to improper roof drainage. This was a much more difficult job than it first appeared but his crew was more than up to it. They also replaced numerous trim pieces that had suffered water damage, as well. The new paint job included sanding, 1 prime coat and 2 finish coats on all siding and trim. Tom's crew also completely sanded and stained our deck and railings. Like the house, it had been improperly prepped and stained previously but it now looks nearly new! I wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again in the future and recommend him without reservation. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the result.

Tom and his crew were awesome. They washed and stained my wrap-around deck in a professional, neat manner. They cleaned up when done and performed beyond my expectations. They did such a wonderful job that I then enlisted their services to paint several rooms in my house. All done, neatly, on-time and with little or no hassle. I will hire them again and again as additional services become necessary.

Tom is an awesome contractor. He was very communicative and was always very pleasant and helpful. His employees did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with the transformation of our bathroom! Thanks so much for the wonderful job!!!

Choice of stains was discussed and with Mr. Saint and his recommendations were quite helpful. 1. Power washed all exposed surfaces. 2. Reset all deck floor fasteners below existing surface. 3. Sanded all cedar deck flooring and surrounding beams to a very smooth surface to prepare for refinishing. 4. Sanded above-floor surfaces and railings as required for refinishing. 5.Applied Sikkens primer and Sikkens Rubbol solid colored Cestnut Brown stain to all abobe-floor surfaces and reilings. 5.Appled 2 coats of Sikkens Cetol DEK translucent Cedar colored Wood Finish to deck floor surface and surrounding outer beams. All work was acomplished when the weather permitted and adequate clear weather was available for drying in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. This was essential for a successful outcome. All work was accomplished by skilled personnel with excellent workmanship and exceptional attention to detail.. Floor finish was applied with appropriate brushing-in so as to work it into wood surfaces and permit the most durable possible finish. Care was taken to avoid damege or discoloration to adjacent wall surfaces and shrubbery.. The overall quality of work was outstanding.

They were very good, professional, efficient, clean, polite, and respectful. There were always three painters working. They were here for three days. There was also good communication between the workers themselves and with me. They handled my needs immediately.

Tom responded to my initial call in a timely manner. He was attentive and accommodating to me and my family. He was professional, friendly and my dogs liked him. They don't always like strangers! Tom's crew was quiet, respectful and clean. Every day, they cleaned up after themselves. There was no garbage left afterwards. Other workers in the past have left soda bottles, cigarette buts and other trash behind. NOT this crew. Their language was clean and their music was played softly and was not offensive or bothersome. As for the work, its great. The lines are good, and the paint color is solid with no thin spots from working too fast or not using enough paint. There was a mistake made in my choice of trim paint at first. Tom fixed the error the next day, no questions, no hassle and no extra charge. He had also given a great suggestion on how to paint coffered ceilings. I love it!! We plan to have Tom Saint back to repair the outside trim and paint the entire house.

Mr. saint showed up on time to give me an estimate. After thoroughly looking the job over and discussing with me what needed to be done. We quickly agreed on a price, and start date. He actually showed up a day early and was there for approximately three days start to finish. After the job was complete he followed up with three phone calls to make sure that I was thoroughly happy, which I was. I would highly recommend Tom Saint for any paint work, and remodeling someone needs done to their home and or business. It's not often you find someone who sticks to their word. Tom sent his crew to start our project within days of my first contact with him. Though some details were not completed for a few weeks due to bad weather and difficulty in finding suitable replacement parts, Tom maintained contact with us assuring us that the project would be completed as soon as possible. His crew were professional and made sure the area was cleaned after the project was finished. Everything was perfect. I wish he was located in our new area we are moving to. He was clean, efficient and the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend him.

To did great work and had good ideas that helped us, his staff is professional and work was completed quickly.

Tom and his team do an excellent all around job but what makes him stand apart from other painters that I have had is the way the prep work is done. Tom makes sure before any paint is applied to any surface that the surface is completely ready to be painted. Though I continued to add work during the project Tom adjusted to my needs and exceeded my expectations in all areas. This is the second time I have used Tom and I know I will be using him again in the future

Tom was very responsive and met and/or exceeded his committment to the quality and the timeleness of the project. His team of workders are very well trained. His team did the little things that make a difference in showing the professional pride of the work they complete. When coming into the house they all took off shoes without asking. At the end of each day all of the equipment was stored in one place and cleanup was done in the same area each time without anything left around. The exterior windows were all cleaned when the painting was completed. Tom has a team lead who takes the time at the end of each day to give you a view of what has been completed and what will be the next steps they take. If anything is not to your satisfaction he makes sure he fixes to your satisfaction.
