DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Melinda Rowdy is horrible first of all she came out Tuesday I asked for 3 types of tiles to be tested, her fee to come out is $200, $20 every sample taken she took 6 in total, I asked for 24 hour notice which is an additional $30 that is total of $350. I never got an invoice. Friday I had to text her she said results came back negative, its Monday and still no report no invoice, just checked my account and $830 were taken from this company. I called her 2x no answer, my realtor reached out she answers but refuse to discuss this matter with her, so I called 2 more times right after my realtor and no answer, husband call and act like he is trying to get services from her and she sends him a text saying she cannot talk so he replies saying I want asbestos services and need to know your fees she immediately called him back. he does a three-way call fee information she gave me she is giving him. right before they hang up I call her again, no answer then I waited 1 minute and call again still no answer. moral of the story this is a F***D COMPANY ! do not use them I have screenshots and voice recordings of the conversation she had with my husband, an attorney has been contacted as well as my bank.

Quoted $240 and trying to charge 620! No written quote.

I was connected with Vernon immediately through home advisor and he was able to come to the house that day to take some samples. The turn around was quick which gave me peace of mind before I began demo.

Vernon is wonderful to work with- he can be tough to get a hold of, but he was incredibly flexible and accommodated a weekend survey/inspection. He took plenty of samples and was prompt in letting me know when the results came back. His pricing is competitive and he doesn't try to oversell or tap dance with his fees. Should I need testing services again, I'll certainly be calling him first.

This was a great experience. Buying a home is never easy and can be really frustrating at times but the gentleman that did my testing made this part of the process a joy.
