Quality Dry Basements

The Contractor knew the job and completed it professinally. I will recommend him to anyone in this type of work.

First off, the customer service was tops. I believe the office person was named Linda and she could not have been more helpful. That being said, I wished the workers were better about set up and clean-up. They did not seal off the rest of the room where they were working and everything beyond what should have been securely taped up had a thin coating of white dust. I had to have all the pillows on my sectional dry-cleaned and the leather couches thoroughly cleaned. Rugs needed to be twice vacuumed and had to leave the doors opened to air out the basement. Thankfully Linda suggested I cover the big screen TV.

The employees of Quality Basements are a pleasure to work with. Their work is exceptionally good and there was practically no dust from the jack hammering. When they were finished, the area on which they worked was level and smooth. They entire job took less than one day.

Professional, courteous,timely. Miro gave a great presentation; very knowledgeable. They were more expensive but I choose them because of their process as opposed to other companies.

Quick and prompt, small issue with the work but they came back and fixed it without too much hassle. Would recommend to a friend

Jesse came out to give us a quote 9/23, and gave an honest assessment of our basement issues. He was very thorough in his explanation to us, and provided us with a well detailed solution...which entailed installing a french drain and sump pump. Actual job took place 11/22. Only criticism of this company is it took some persistence on my part to book a start date. Perhaps with the hurricane,and overall horrible wet weather, they were just overbooked. The team that came to my house was professional, answered all questions, and offered additional helpful information. Overall, great job, and I highly recommend this company.

Before this work my basement would flood in the lightest of rains. Now that the work is done, we made it through Irene without a drop.

My basement is dry..........so they did the job to satisfaction. we did have a problem when the northeaster storm hit and no power for 3 days, get a backup system!! U have to stay ontop them for dust and clean up, however they work as a good team and did follow up months after to hear how their job was holding up!!

I found them to be professional, did more than originally quoted at their quoted cost, came back to finish some items to my satisfaction. I would recommend their system over others and their firm as well. I chose them over 4 other bidders based on their thorough explanation of how their system works. My only regret, which may have happened with other contractors, is that they did not seal my furnace, pumps and water heater properly before beginning drilling through my concrete floor which allowed a lot of concrete particles and dust to get into rather sensitive equipment. Fortunately, I had my plumber check my furnace before using.

Extremely knowledgeable about the problem and prescribed the correct solution

We had 1.62 inches of rain last night. Our system installed by Quality Dry Basements is the only thing dry right now. We have water coming through the wall. More rain. The water is coming up through the floor, and the system installed is BONE DRY. 7/3/11: We still have one spot that was drilled out multiple times, but continues to leak through the wall with heavy rain. We now have to dig out the foundation and waterproof the wall from the outside.

We were in desperate need of having our basement waterproofed as it was flooding several inches every time it rained. It has only been a few weeks since they completed the job, but the basement is already getting much drier than it has ever been, and it is beginning to smell better. Charlie didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need - and while his estimate was not the cheapest, he did take quite a bit of time explaining the principles of what they would be doing. His workers were courteous, neat and efficient. My only issue is that they should come equipped with a portuguese\english dictionary!

Quality Dry Basements contacted me immediately, was very knowledgeable, had literature, spent the time to explain the process. I feel the price was fair, the work was good, so far, I am very happy with the results. My basement has been dry. The day they finished the basement it rained all night, and the next day, the pumps have been working since, haven't seen any water in the basement.

Charles was excellent in the initial visit and follow up calls with us. He took a great deal of time to explain the method that Quality Dry uses, which we really appreciated. Charles was at our house for the start of the project and stopped in twice before the job was done, insuring that we received what was promised. The crew was polite, attentive to detail and left our basement clean and clear of any debris.
