I used KLF in 2010 to do some tree trimming on my property. I was not unhappy with the work they did. However, in 2011 I noticed that a mature tree on my property was defoliting. I called KLF on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Not hearing back from them and being concerned about the tree, I called them again on Sunday. They finally returned my calls on Tuesday and told me that they would definitely look at the tree at some point during the then current week. I called them on Friday to ask what their appraisal of the problem was. I never heard back from them. Calling KLF resulted in losing over a week before the tree could be looked at by an arborist. Due to KLF's unresponsiveness, I will not use them again, and recommend using a different arborist - particularly if a prompt response is desired. I have given them a "C" rating based upon the combined two experiences I have had with them.
Description of Work: 1) Tree trimming and tree topping at residence. 2) Did not show up as promised in June 2011.

He is very good and knows what he is doing. They have very reasonable prices. They came out on-time and they got the job done on-time. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: They came out and cut some trees and bushes for me.
