I would have given them all 5âs if they would have called me to give me the service window as opposed to me calling them. And while the service window was quite large at 12-5, they actually showed up before 11. Overall, very satisfied.

They did not winterize our system in time so the pipes cracked. Trade Winds is a large company that sends crews to certain areas and they do not keep track of weather conditions to ensure systems will not freeze, which is what happened to ours.

They came out and found our missing valve box in about 2 minutes. They also gave us a quick rundown of our homes sprinkler system and pointed out what can be done in the future if we wanted to extend the system. They are very helpful and the customer service is A+

it feels like Christmas...no more shlepping around with a heavy hose making lines in the new seed! Sean and company did a great job to include placing the grass back the way it started out. The job was done by 3 and the price was right. my husband and I feel we should have done this years ago!

Very polite and quick respond in returning a call about the quote. I was pleased with the irrigation and on time arrived had to replace few heads from my sprinkler system and price was reasonable.
