Absolutely amazing. Wes is the best. I shared a picture of the huge rock we shipped to their landscaper of their new home in Washington NC, (Pops said if you found a rock you had to report it) we drove down and decorated it with red ribbon and greenery then drove them to the landscapers. So long story not so short, when Wes’s team finished our deck he placed a huge red bow on the railing. It meant so much to me and reinforced the fact that he listens to his customers. I will definitely hire him again if I need anything done that his team can handle. Love Wes.

I wanted to do an egress window in the basement, and as I do with all my projects I look for the person whom I could easily talk to and who is informative and with good communication. Wesley with PPP was the right fit. Competitive pricing that includes not only a good finished job, BUT also in progress photos/videos, which is used for his instagram page, and a clean worksite ! Definitely worth the call and getting an opinion or plans finished !!

Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it’s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple properties and I think we have found our new property manager.

Hired Wes and his team to renovate my small and very outdated kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Wes kept me updated throughout the entire project and David worked nonstop to bring the design to life. His attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding. Wes and his entire crew were amazing. I had water damage from a couple of leaks in my basement and his crew went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but ensure that it doesn’t happen again. It’s always stressful having people in your space fixing things, but Wes and his crew made me feel very comfortable, and made a point to communicate with me daily or even more often about how the project was going.. They stayed until 8:30 pm the first day to ensure that the part of my wall that was open to the outside was sealed up for the night. As I had recently cleaned out my mom’s house and a lot of her belongings were downstairs, it was not organized at all, but they helped me clean it out and organize what was salvageable, and were very careful with my mom’s things. He even took my dogs out for me on the days I had to work and by the end of the project the pups all loved him too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with projects.

Hired plow and property to stain our deck and they went above and beyond our expectations. In the end, they had power washed our entire house, cleaned up the deck, sanded it, made sure everything was tightened up, and stained the deck to our exact color specifications. They were prompt in their communication, super friendly, and very easy to work with. Strongly recommend them and will definitely hire them again!
