Plow & Property completed two projects for us. 1. Velux skylight removal and replacement, repair of water damage to ceiling and roof and adjacent siding, re-roofing over kitchen area. 2. wood repair on floor of front porch. Very reliable, completed the work on schedule. cleaned up work area daily. All workers were easy to work with. The quality of work completed was excellent. We will use Plow & Property again.

They came quickly, did a great job with the lawn, and offered some good suggestions on landscaping. My name is Dave Norris and my address is 214 Lovely Street in Avon CT. Two weeks ago you filled a request thru Home Advisor for a one time lawn cutting. I do want to say you guys did an excellent job. However, The man that had done it previously did show up shortly after that. He had taken ill quite suddenly and had been in the hospital. For the time being I asked him to continue to cut my grass. Frankly, I believe that he needs the work. I will keep you i mind for more extensive projects in the future, both inside and outside, but I feel I should retain my former service. Also, it appears that you came and cut my grass for a second time. I will send a check for $70 (not $60) to cover that mowing and the inconvenience involved, since I feel a little guilty about not specifically notifying you about the situation. I will certainly give you a good recommendation, (if the website ever comes up again) and will contact you first for bids on any future projects. Thanks, Dave Norrisery pleased

Great work at a reasonable price. One needs to remember that going with the cheapest price can lead to deminishing quality.

There was a little confusion on the price before the project started, but the Owner Wesley was more than receptive to the original quote conversation. The house, gutters, front pavers, and back deck, all came out better than expected. Overall a good experience with first time HomeAdvisor pro.

Plow and Property Projects did a great job cleaning up my garden and backyard. I was satisfied with their thoroughness and professionalism. I wish they would have responded a bit faster to my requests for a quote. They also seemed a bit price-y.

The crew was great, very neat. They did a great job power washing the house and deck. Siding looks brand new. They also sanded and painted our huge deck. Weather did not cooperate, but owner always let us know what was going on and when they would/could work. You will not go wrong hiring them, we plan on using them for a lot more jobs. We are extremely satisfied.
