Mike advised that he could be there that night, and that we could get together the following day in order for him to pick up payment. When follow up call was made the next day to arrange payment, he advised that he never went out to the unit. Upon further explanation, he advised he didn't want to take the job.

We have had other companies come out and try to get the line cleared and then we had another plumbing company come out and they've just given us a runaround. Then we called him and he came out. He scoped out our problem. Our house was built in '32, there was a clay sewer line that we had broken and he was able to get the work done. He was very nice and efficient. He was the third plumber that we had look at it and he was the one that we ended up going with and fixed it for us. Because our house was on a hill, he had to have a company come in with a backhoe to dig out the portion of the property that the pipe collapsed in and replace it. We were very pleased with them. He was out there in the mud and the sewer line. It has been 11 years and I haven't had it backup once since. My brother is a plumber but we would use him in a heartbeat.
