Description of Work: My steps were broken. 3 steps had crumbled and needed to be rebuilt. That's what he did.

 + 2 moreKevin of Maloney Construction is absolutely marvelous. I don't need anyone else, he does everything! He does building and woodwork. I really value him. He built a cabinet in my basement that is beautiful. He has been in construction all his life. He is really good at problem solving, very honest and fair in his price, and I would say that he is one of the most excellent people I know in terms of construction. He stands behind things. I would rate him Double A, Triple A, he is fantastic. And I am pretty fussy!
Description of Work: Kevin of Maloney Construction did flooring and is replacing windows in my basement. He is also putting a new dryer vent in for us.
