Floors Now!

It went fairly well , the laminate flooring ,workers were nice.,BUT Neatness is NOT one of their strong points. Collin At The store was Very accommodating and helpful.I thought that they did not use the products that were paid for in advance , wisely,as a lot of product opened so as not returnable ,that was left unused & unneeded and could have saved $ on the project. .Also .Seemed to be a lack of supervision/over site on what the workers were doing,a few things they did seemed hokey,as not having the proper tools/stuff/for the job so cut corners. The carpet people were good. .Overall The floors came out good,but time will tell. Would == Rehire ==maybe yes/maybe no..

After searching on Angie's list for a reputable company to install a stair runner near us, we decided to go with Floors Now and we are glad that we did. We went to their location on the Berlin Turnpike where a sales associate helped us pick out the perfect style runner for our home. Out of their extensive selection, we found 3 potential candidates. They let us take the samples home so we could compare them with the style throughout our house. We brought back the samples and placed our order. We paid in full up front but they also give the option to pay half at time of order and half when the work was completed. We were given a two hour window for install but they actually arrived slightly early, which was a welcome surprise. The install took about an hour and they made sure to vacuum the work area after they finished. The installer was very professional and efficient. We will definitely consider floors now for any future flooring needs.

I thought the folks at Floors Now! were great to work with. They showed up on time, returned calls promptly and did terrific work. Special kudos to the two installers: Mike and Steve.

Job was well done with a few exceptions of handprints on the walls and loose floor moldings. On the good side, they are very reputable and came back quickly to fix the few minor problems.

The installers arrived promptly. They moved the stove and refrigerator. Everything else had been taken out the day before by me. The work was done professionally. I had seamless vinyl installed. It was amazing to watch them measure and cut the floor to perfection. They also installed new molding. Everything was cleaned up, even the outside where they had to cut the vinyl. I couldn't have asked for a better job. The sales staff was also extremely helpful. They knew exactly what I was looking for. I went home with samples and a sales representative showed up later that day to take measurements and get my floor choice. From meeting with the sales staff to the final installation took less that a week (5 days actually). I had my new floor for Thanksgiving.

That did a great job even though I did not have the floor as prepared as they needed they took care of my mistake at no extra chrg. They have a great show room with lots of choices

We had gotten estimates for several things, full knowing we didn’t know which we would choose. The one we chose, which was the smaller of the options, they said they could do it but for much more than what they originally quoted.

Purchased and had installed Adura Vinyl Luxury planks over 340 sq ft concrete floor in my basement. The sales manager (Mr. Evangelista) was the person who assisted me and was friendly and knowledgable about the product. Set up an appointment to have an estimator come out to measure. Then had the installers come on May 27th to do the job. They arrived at 8:00am and worked very without any breaks until about 2pm for a 20 minute lunch. Then went right back to work to complete the job at 4:30pm. Very happy with my new floor!! I've put up before and after pictures on my facebook page and all my friends were amazed at how nice it looked! Highy recommend!!!

The product was excellent and the installers were hard working and completed the job in the specified time periods. Any issues were worked out on the spot with the installers and they fixed anything that was not right and totally went out of their way to please the customer. There was one problem after the install and called the company and the installer was back out in a day to fix the problem. This is a good company if you want a floor done.

Based on previous reviews I went to the store to have a look around. I found what I was looking for there. Ric, the owner, assisted me and answered all my questions. I thought he was helpful and honest. I took home carpet samples the same day. I then called Ed with my decision and he was able to send their measurement professional out right away the same day and I was given room dimensions and a quote via email. (Now I know why they call themselves Floors Now!) I postponed the installation because of the spring weather and mud which I didn't want to be tracked in on new carpet and was given a 90-day price guarantee which I really appreciated and took advantage of. When I was ready to schedule the installation they were ready too, I just had to wait a week or two for them to order the carpet. The day of installation, two installers arrived promptly and were complete professionals. They worked quickly but efficiently and had the entire job done in about 3 hours. They also cleaned and vacuumed up after themselves taking care of any scraps and messes. I would recommend this company and would use them again. They were very professional, courteous, and offered outstanding customer service.

The sells people were helpful. The man who measured the floor was professional. The man who put the floor down worked hard but did not tell me that part of the dry wall was torn in the pantry when he took the old baseboard off. I did not receive any information about how to care for the flooring There was no follow up call either.

They were fantastic and really good to work with. They have been very helpful to us and came out to give us an estimate quickly. They were right on the money financially with their estimate. They have been accomodating to our schedules and agreeable to our requests. They have been really helpful and they listen to us well.

They did a wonderful job. They had great craftsmanship and the installers were friendly. The product cost most than I would have thought but that's only because I didn't realize how pricey flooring is.We spend well above the $89.00 Angie's cost. However, the bathroom floors sparkle. We will use them in the future.

Came out to measure foom, which is 63 sq feet bathroom (9x7). Got estimate back from them and it said 77 sq. feet. Provider stated it was common to ad 10 % to towards waste however it should have been estimated as 70 per calculations.

Before purchasing this provider's "deal" I wanted to learn more; looked at his website which showed an outlet store. I did call but never received a call back. Since his location is very far from me (almost 80 miles), I'll look for a flooring company near enough to easily visit.,.The "deal" price looked good, but from what others say, that might not be the final price.

I had recently gotten a quote for flooring from a local big box store for a vinyl kitchen floor, the next day I received the Angies List deal for Floors Now! So, I decided to check them out. I first checked that they had the same floor that I wanted from the other store which they did (along with a huge selection of other brands). I ended up saving money and time! Floors Now! was very quick, their installation people were punctual, hardworking, and showed an attention to detail. I was very happy and would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring!!!

It went fine. It was not that long ago when they did the service. They did pretty good and they did a nice job with everything. They did it in six weeks, so it was pretty quick. They were fine and I think that they would be great with other people too.

The area to be tiled is approx. 78 s.f. Other vendors quoted $500 to install the tile. Floors Now said the cost would be over $1000. I expected to pay maybe $100 additional to the cost of the "Big Deal", not $600.

Honestly, this is the first contractor that ever brought me to the point of tears. If you are a customer who likes attention to detail then, this is NOT the company for you. I do have to say that Floors Now did a nice job on my carpet however, the tile install was a nightmare!!! Everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong. The workers were very sloppy. First, as I entered my home after I thought the job was complete, I noticed that they got grout all over my new "welcome mat" and entrance way outside my door. The cut of the tile around the corners was jagged ( which they fixed by just piling ont a thicker layer of grout) Related depris was left in the air vent grate at the bottom of my staircase. There were nubs of glue all throughout the entire tile area that became more noticeable everytime someone walked on it with dark socks. I was on my hands and knees for a week trying to get it all off. When they moved the refridgerator to do the kitchen floor, the rack broke off inside. When they moved the stove, they broke a decorative plate, that was wrapped in paper, and left it on the counter in pieces. There was gout left in streaks on the tile, like someone had taken a dirty cloth to clean the area. Grout was spayed all over the counter and had dried on a serving dish that was in the sink. When I went to do laundry, I noticed that the lid to the washing machine was open...I am assuming that they had to open it to move the machine. However, when I want to do laundry that night, there was brown dust all throughout my laundry....which was not there when I had done a load of wash they day before. After taking pictures and cleaning up the mess, I provided the owner with a list of all the issues. As I was relaying my concerns one of his associates questioned whether I was the one who broke the decorative plate, really?! Well, they came out a second time, for what I thought was to assess my concerns. I was not made aware that they were going to attempt to fix the problems at that moment since I had two moving men trying to move furniture. After the owner finished his assessment of the job, he commended them on what a great job they did....at that point, had to laugh since, who is the customer??? Shouldn't I be the one to say that they did a good job?? I could tell that the movers where not pleased that a company would be working on floor as furniture is being moved in. I told them to come back but, they said the repairs would not take long to fix. Interesting enough, right before the workers left, they gave me an open box of my leftover tile ....wouldn't you think that if there was any leftover materials, it should have initially been left with the customer since, it was already prepaid ?? I guess this was their peace offering, Well, after they left the second time, I noticed that the repairs to the off white grout were now a brown/tan color. It looked like dirt....again NOT HAPPY. The owner stated that I was being critical and that the floor may not have cured properly....Well, they came out for a third time and ironically enough, the worker informed me that they used the WRONG color grout to fix the repair!!!! Then, the owner actually called while the worker was finishing the job in order to ensure that I provide him with final payment....at that point, I informed him that I had not yet reviewed the final invoice and I wanted to make sure that this NEW grout was going to cure properly. My friends and family could not believe all the aggrevation that I went through, Once I sent in the final payment, it was such a relief knowing that I will never have to deal with this company again.

My experience with Floors Now! was excellent. When we went to the store to look at the floor samples, the salesman was very helpful and set us up with the sample collections of the sheet vinyl, which was what I had decided was the best choice for my kitchen. He confirmed what I was looking for and made sure I knew the alternatives before turning us loose to go through the samples, and offering to answer any questions that arose, before retreating to give us space and privacy. He was very pleasant and not at all aggressive. Once we chose our sample, we scheduled a home visit for later in the week to make an estimate. The estimator arrived promptly, was very professional and knowledgeable, and told us that he would call back later that day with the figures. As promised, I received a call that evening with the price. The floor installation was scheduled about a week later. We ended up having to reschedule, as there was a snow storm on the original installation day, and the installer wasn't able to get in. They very graciously arranged to come the next day (which was a Saturday), and the 2 men arrived promptly and worked straight through the day until they just had the finishing trim work and stairs to complete. As it was already after 8 PM, I asked if they would prefer to quit for the night and finish up another time. They gratefully accepted the offer and came back quite early on Sunday AM to finish the job. The work turned out beautifully, the floor looks great, and they did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished. The work was done completely from the estimate, and there were no surprises. I would recommend Floors Now with no reservations, and would absolutely go back to them if I needed any further work done.

I have recommended Floors Now to many friends based on my excellent experience with them. The price was great, no hidden fees or gimmicks, the estimate included all possible scenarios. The work was finished on time and when expected. I was treated respectfully and professionally in all aspects of my dealings with this company. I will use them again if I have flooring needs in the future.

We had went into floors now showroom and were not sure of what we wanted. The took time and asked the right questions and we made some decisions on flooring. We went with a beautiful mahogany hardwood floor and a long wearing cream carpet in the Berber family that was plush so it was not so hard when walking bear footed. The brought the wood to sit in the condo for a few days and installed it in 4 hours. The job was perfect! The transitions into the other rooms with tile and to the stairway were spot on, no thresholds. Two days later the came and installed the carpets. Again everything was done perfectly, no visible seams, they cleaned everything even vacuumed up all the dust in the other rooms. Fantastic job. The only thing I have to complain about is they scheduled the work for the carpets but forgot to call me. I called them after the hardwood was installed and asked and they were apologetic as they thought they told me. There was no issue I had two days and am very please with all the flooring.
