+ -1 moreMy experience with Elite Appliance Service was great! They needed to order a part for me which was to be in in a couple of days. When they got the part in, they notified me and wanted to come out on a Friday to put it in for me however, I was unavailable. They arranged to come out the following Saturday morning at no extra charge to work better with my schedule!They were quick, courteous, clean, and honest. They told me exactly what needed to be done to solve my problems and then did exactly what they said they would do. The gentleman that installed the part also went above and beyond to help me. I casually mentioned to him that I was having an electrician out to my home to fix another problem the following week. He asked what the problem was, and when I told him, he fixed it for me at no charge. I would give Elite Appliance Service an A++ and will definitely use them again in the future!
Description of Work: Front loader gasket ripped and leaking Dryer vent needs to be cleaned Refrigerator water filter needs to be changed and air filter cleaned.

+ -1 moreSince Rich had to order the wheel parts, he had to make a special trip back to install them He did not charge me a second service call, only for the parts. He was extremely kind and professional and was quick to deliver the parts.
Description of Work: Rich came to my house to assess why my dishwasher was not draining properly and continuously omitted a foul odor. He quickly identified the problem of missing wheels on the tray, which was not allowing the water spray mechanism to rotating properly. He also discovered that the dishwasher was not installed properly with enough flex line and replaced it at no charge.

+ 0 moreRich arrived approximately one house early. After introducing himself, he surveyed the appliance and proceeded to repair the dishwasher soap dispenser. I asked if he would give me his opinion on my microwave that had been working correctly. Rich advised that due to the age of the microwave/oven combination, repairs probably be expensive if the parts could be found. All in all, the service took about 45 minutes and was done very professionally.
Description of Work: Needed to have cover on the soap dispenser repaired. Rich came early and did the repairs very quickly.. He was very friends and professional. He also looked at my Litton microwave oven and advised that repair would probably not be probable due to the age of the oven. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Was referred to this company by Service Magic. Sent a detailed email and also left a detailed VM message. No one from this company had the courtesy to return my call. I did not have any services performed. Perhaps my list of repairs was too long but they could have called or emailed and said I needed too much work done. I would not use them in the future because if they could not return my call or email for an estimate, I have to assume that I would get the same response if I ran into a problem with an appliance that they repaired. Now who needs that???

+ -1 moreExcellent as long as part holds out! Courteous, efficient...expedient which was pretty important to me as I had a freezer full of seafood/meats thawing by the minute..
Description of Work: Quick response, quick service and diagnosis. Had a starter relay replaced on 9 year old fridge. Not being experienced on parts & labor I would still rate as good since most service agencies require $79 service plus parts and labor.

Description of Work: Elite Appliance Service repaired my washer. He took the washer apart, took out a penny that was in it, and put the washer back together.
