Description of Work: Total gut and rebuild of our main bathroom. I love the results! Our house has some odd framing, and of course a couple of problems were found when the walls were opened. So the project took a day and a half longer than planned. |Be sure to get a walk through of the plan on site from someone other than a designer/salesperson. One thing on our plan would not have fit. I'm very glad that was found beforehand.

Description of Work: They were one of the only vendors who returned our calls, their showroom is quite impressive and helped with ideas on our design. Initially we had worked with a designer on a computer, however when the owner gave an onsite feasability inspection and found the computer design was unworkable, a disappointment for us. The final design is beautiful and their workmen and workmenship are top notch. They worked very quickly, kept the house very clean during the two weeks of construction and left us with a masterpiece we'll enjoy for years. Things that went well were their responsiveness initially and the help with ideas on design, their workmen, and the quality of the materials used. Things that went poorly were the computer designs, fine details of fixtures (wrong shower head at first and had to replace) and some annoying but very minor leaking in the shower glass panel and shower head which I fixed myself afterward. The best thing was the brief interruption of use of our bathroom, workmanship, and choice of materials. Really top shelf and high quality. We just couldn't afford what we really wanted due in part to their high prices. Which as much as we loved the outcome we certainly did not love the price. My advice to anyone who uses them is to make sure you're not working on a tight budget. You will love the work they do but be sure you go over all the fine details and inventory during and after the work to make sure all the details are complete and correct.
