It was a pleasure working with Justin and his team. The work was done on the date/time scheduled. All work, materials and costs were discussed up front. Work was thorough and professional. The crew was punctual and courteous.

We hired CTC Creations to renovate our kitchen after reading multiple positive reviews, and we had high hopes for the work Dustin and his team were going to do based on our initial discussions. While Dustin communicated promptly and seemed responsive to our needs initially, unfortunately right after the contract was signed and deposits paid, his initial work and behavior related to our project became very problematic… We encountered multiple issues: Not only did he take advantage of us financially related to an initial electrical project that his sub-contractor did for us (charging us over $400 an hour a simple outlet swap out), but he demonstrated a lack of knowledge on basic construction elements such as how to install a replacement window and LVP flooring, and most disconcerting, he is now refusing to return ANY of $4,000 deposit we have given him, telling us that we will need to hire him in order to get our deposit back. When we tried to resolve the issues, he refused to be reasonable and instead assessed multiple cancellation fees as well as a restocking fee for supplies he had not purchased. We are very unhappy with how we have been treated, and are disappointed with how he and his partner have refused to acknowledge any of these issues and are now inappropriately refusing to return the unused deposit funds.

They did a outstanding job. They even cleaned up everything after the jobs were completed. Highly recommend 👌

They listened to our idea and succeeded beyond our expectations. They paid attention to detail and it was apparent in their craftsmanship. We hired Dustin, we did a bathroom remodel, turned a standard bathtub into a freestanding tub and added a walk in shower!!! Also changed out the vanity and added new tile!!!

Mr. Wade came in and listened to all my concerns, needs, and wants regarding my bathroom remodel. I found that he listened to my concerns, and understood my vision. He also gave me suggestions and helped me decide on fixtures that would work the best for what I wanted. I found Mr. Wade to be extremely professional and dedicated to his work. Dusty was amazing. My home was destroyed by Hurricane Ian and he flew down after I explained what happened and what I needed done. He had to rebuild from the 2x4 out, including new plumbing. He installed drywall, sluters. He went to the tile stores with me and helped me design, from the tiles selections to fixtures and flooring. I don’t know what I would of done without him. Our area has so many so-called contractors that are sub par and thankfully going outside my state was the best solution. He is worth every penny.

This company exceeded my expectations. They installed a washer & dryer hook up in my home. A job I thought would take a week or so they completed in a weekend. Even threw in a ice maker for my fridge during the process. They are highly skilled & communicate with you throughout the job. Job went so well I recommended him to do a family members bathroom and it is absolutely beautiful. If you need some work done in your home give them a call they do great work.

I would hire again in a heartbeat. Super quick and easy to set up. Made everything work around my busy schedule and came through with such great work for such a great and fair price. I’ve had alot of work done over the years in my place and by far this with the best service and quality. Anything else I need I will be calling them again!

I've spoken to many contractors, and either I didn't like them or did not hear back from them. Dustin came as a referral from another family member, who was impressed by his professionalism. After reviewing his work, we contacted Dustin for a free quote. He was very honest with what work needed to be done, and pricing. And as work began, we were well informed of each step of the process. Dustin showed up on time and completed work in a timely manner, cleaning up the area everyday, and making sure we were aware of everything that was done each day.
