Air Temp Residential Heating & Cooling

I am not one to give bad reviews. In this case I felt compelled to speak up. I hired Air Temp Residential to repair by boiler. They came out on 4 separate occasions each time replacing another part and hoping it would fix the problem. After the 4th repair the boiler is back to normal operation. I brought the issue of multiple visits and replacing parts that did not need to be replaced to the service manager. We agreed they would give me a partial refund. HERE IS THE KICKER AND THE REASON I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. If they had been true to their word and given the refund, I would have considered the issue resolved. As of the writing of this review I have NOT receive the refund as promised. It is my experience that Air Temp Residential is NOT A REPUTABLE company as they will replace and charge for parts that do not need replacing. They are also NOT HONORABLE as they have not kept their end of our agreement. I will not use them in the future, and I CAN NOT RECOMMEND that anyone else hire them.

I have had a few minor instances although this year everything is working fine, currently. In about the six years that I have owned these units three times their service people have fouled up mixing air conditioners with the controls for the various rooms. It has caused water leakage problems and so forth. I know what the problem is but when the people come and I try to tell them about it they don't pay any attention to me. At least they didn't the three times they fouled it up, that's all. Other than that things have been fine. The units are fine and everything else. They usually have me pay in advance. I paid $655. This is different than other air conditioning units. I have four outside units, with two air conditioners hooked to each unit so it is more than just one outside unit. They did an outstanding job on the initial installation.

Air Temp has given us excellent service, has quickly fixed issues we have had. They have worked until the problem has been solved. We have had a service contract with them each year and they have cleaned and started up our system in a very timely way.
