Advance plumbing came out to fix my dryer a few years ago, and even though this was a different problem they cut me a break to make it more affordable. Technician was friendly, professional and explained all that was wrong for me.

The technician did a great job. He arrived exactly on time, knew what he was doing and was very courteous and personable. I would definitely use Advance Plumbing again when I needed a plumber.

Mike kindly returned my call and reassured me even though they were not available that day. Several other "emergency plumbing" businesses did not even return my calls. Advance Plumbing was able to schedule for the following morning. Jeff even called to say he was available a little earlier than the scheduled time if that worked for us. He was professional and efficient in a small, inconvenient work space. Pipe was cut and replaced with new shut off without incident. We were so thankful and pleased with both the responsiveness and the work.

From start to finish we had excellent communication and service with Advance Plumbing and heating. They were easy to reach, returned my phone call almost immediately and arrived as stated and finished the job the time frame they gave us.

I live in an condo apartment bldg and had to determine which pipes were leaking to move forward with the insurance issues. Of the four places I called Advanced was the only company who both answered the phone and was able to schedule an appt. within the week (my ceiling has partially collapsed, I need to move on with this repair but have to figure out the plumbing issues first.) Advanced came out, were quick, efficient and helpful not only to me but to my neighbors who have become involved as at least part of the leak appears to be from their pipes.

It went very good, but I thought that the price was high.

Both guys were very nice and explained everything to me so i could understand what needed to be done. They gave me 2 estimates, one for what they planned to do and the second one was for if the first didn’t work. They were professional, cleaned up after they were done, putting back items they had to move to work.

They were fine. They were okay. He was good.

Stan was very personable and professional. He replaced the kitchen sink in both rental units which corrected the problem. Advanced plumbing rates were competitive with other contractors i have dealt with in the past. they were prompt and responsive with I called, and flexible with their appts.

They've been very responsive and most importantly, have never charged us for something that we don't need. One of the issues required out-of-the-box thinking. The charge was very reasonable. And they're nice to our dog!

He came on time. Looked at pipe and knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed it. He was very neat and clean when doing the job. He also told us that the leak was from the sink moving and it loosed the pipe joint, so he sealed around the sink so the sink wouldn't move anymore.

I previously contracted with Advance Plumbing & Heating to replace a hot water heater in our home and I had a very positive experience; thus, the company was my first choice for plumbing services when my wife and I decided to remodel an older bathroom in our home. Unfortunately, however, after a company representative came to our house to assess the extent of work required, I was never provided with an estimate or with an explanation as to why the company would not want the work — and several of the phone calls that I placed to the company, subsequent to the representative's visit, were never returned ... very, very disappointing and unprofessional [again, emphasis added]. The experience left me with the impression that this is a company that is not loyal to its clients, and that it is one that prefers to only accept the quick, “easy money” types of jobs.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They were very fine. I found a different company that did it in a different manner which saved me money and also achieved the same results. In the estimate the gentleman was very thorough. They gave me an estimate within probably 20 minutes.

I submitted an online request and received a call within two hours. She understood what I needed and said she'd have a tech right over to give me an estimate. Jeff was onsite no more than 30 minutes later, explained my options, estimated the work (which I approved), and completed the job in one visit! Jeff was very conscientious (e.g., using booties over his shoes whenever he was in the house), professional, and went "the extra mile" by cleaning up the residual mess in the basement AND putting the washing machine back where it belonged! Then, as promised, Jeff called me this morning to give me pricing on another job we discussed yesterday. I am VERY impressed with Jeff from Advance Plumbing.

I recently purchased a condo in Bristol and needed to have some plumbing work done. I called Advance plumbing to get a quote on having the plumbing under the kitchen sink redone and to check out why the dishwasher was not draining. They had someone there within an hour and the work completed within 45 minutes of arrival. Stan, the plumber, was very polite, did the work quickly, and professionally. I will definitely hire them again.

They replaced both water heaters. Guaranteed their work. Staff very professional.

Had a problem with a new water heater installed. Advanced Plumbing staff and owner was attentive, professional, reassuring and worked on the problem till it was resolved.

He was good. Tuned up my American Standard heating system. I have not had any problems all winter. Unfortunately they were unable to replace my kitchen's white faucet or check my air conditioning system. They did a good job on what they could do for my heating system. I'll have them come again before the winter to check my heating system, again.

It worked out fine. I think the price was reasonable. The work they did for me was fine, but they gave me information that's good for future use. Instead of replacing, he told me that they could do something that was a temporary fix, which I had them do. But I found out that the I thought that when I bought the faucet that I have, it Koehler, it's a major brand. I was surprised that it wasn't that old that I would have problems with it. I had bought it a store and he told me that it wasn't the same thing. For example, I didn't have brass fittings. I had whatever fittings that I have and that's why it didn't last that long. I learned something for future reference. They were helpful information wise.

I didn't have anything to compare the price to. I know I'm going to have him come back. We called that day and he came the same day. They were very professional. They had everything ready to fix it and I didn't have to go to the store to buy something. When he got all of the stuff inside it didn't take very long. It was just all of the stuff in the inside of the toilet. It was just him. After he left I didn't see footsteps which is good. He was clean. He was conscientious about that. I wouldn't mind having him to come back and do stuff. I looked at the reviews and said it is worth a try because we don't use a plumber that often. He was great.

I actually referred them to several people. I called once on a Saturday and they immediately had someone out to my rental property. They are very responsive.
