Description of Work: Removed out-of-warranty water heater and replaced with equivalent and updated unit. (Required by condominium). Added latest building-code requirements. Next-day service. Expected cost about $800; actual cost $1100. Extremely professional, courteous, efficient. 5-hour changeout time. Replacement unit probably of higher overall quality-of-manufacture.

Description of Work: Chris & Victor did a plumbing inspection for a home I am purchasing. They were great and Mike the owner was great to speak to. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Description of Work: A wet area on kitchen veiling alerted us to a problem probably from the bathroom above. I chose this local company primarily because it was on Angie's list. Kris arrived and evaluated the situation. He described an issue with the gasket for the toilet and gave me an estimate but also alerted me to the the possibility of the floorboards being weakened by the unknown exposure to leaking water over a long time . He replaced the faulty gasket and replaced the toilet using sturdier screws and the cost was as estimated. Everything is fine now and I am happy to have a reliable plumbing company as both the house and I are seniors seeking trusted service.

Description of Work: The men came in and checked out the source of the leak and quickly found and resolved the problem. Gave us a quote prior to starting the work and explained, in detail, what needed to be fixed. When I called in to make an emergency appointment, they were able to be here in less than 2 hours! On time! And they called when they were on their way. Amazing service! Would highly recommend and I will definitely recommend to friends!

Description of Work: Two weeks to get an appointment for an estimate and then the rep. was quick to emphasize they may need to cancel. Not a good way to earn customers, IMHO.

Description of Work: We needed a toilet ring changed on a 1956 installation. I had tried to do the job myself but the first nut I tried to back off the stud in the floor was so rusted that it snapped the stud. I called Advanced and they came when promised,gave me an estimate and charged considerably less than the estimate when the job went more quickly than it might have gone. The serviceman was courteous,organized and apparently skilled. So far my feet have been dry.

Description of Work: Played "telephone tag" with MIKE. Initial t/c was able to get an approximate price. But, after that it was "can I call you back I'm with another customer.?" Never called back on the same day! Finally, called Pizzella Plumbing and Heating and they were here within 3 hours: cleared a clogged drain, removed and installed 2 new toilets and a new Sink Fixture. If Advanced was the only Plumber on Earth I would try and do it myself!!! Don't waste your time with them....

Description of Work: Techncian Replaced a customer supplied valve cartridge in a Brizo Faucet, Installed a shower head in bathroom and replaced a stop valve to an outside faucet.Tech arrived promply completed work in a professional manner. Returned immediatly when advised of a problem with service and rectified the problem. I will use this company again and recommend them to others. I felt that they were a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: I ended up not needing to hire this company but it was due to their honesty with me on the phone. I had a leak in my bathroom which I had fixed but I was not sure if i had done an adequate job. After speaking to the representative on the phone he very honestly told me that I had done what needed to be done. He also cautioned me on how to maintain as to prevent further problems. Because of their honesty they saved me the cost of a service call. When I do need a plumber I will definately hire Advanced Plumbing.

Description of Work: I called because of a problem with a toilet; the tank would not fill with water. I reached the owner, Mike Mancini, who was able to send a repairman within 30 minutes. In the interim, and this is hard to believe, my second toilet failed as well. But that didn't rattle Joe L., the repairman, who solved the problems, installing inner parts and replacing the valves on both toilets. Joe was wonderful in his explanation of the job. He was meticulous in his work, leaving both sites spotless. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Furthermore, I recommended APH to good friends who were also satisfied with their work,

Description of Work: We noticed leaking in our crawl space, and assumed it was from the washer upstairs. Advanced plumbing came punctually and found the leak in the icemaker line on the other side of the wall. The plumber fixed it perfectly with copper line that would not leak again. We were super happy!!
