Description of Work: I purchased a deal for about $60 with the company for a service call, they ended up charging me $200 plus for a small repair which caught me off guard a bit but overall I was still satisfied with the service. I may have graded higher had I been advised of this upcharge ahead of time.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in bathroom sink. We have used them several times to repair leaks in the bathroom and the laundry room, replace a faucet and to examine a pipe that we chose not to work on on this time. They are always prompt and professional. They explain everything before doing any work and try to find the least expensive solution.
