Description of Work: Called to schedule plumbing services, very responsive and scheduled me for an appt the next day. However, waited around for over 2 hours (my scheduled window 8-10am). No showed. I called and they said they "didn't remember". They offered to schedule later In the day, but I already took off the morning. Ugh.
