Our water heater required replacement of the pressure relief valve, which was accomplished quickly and neatly enough. Demerits for a) not having the valve on the truck, even though I had stated clearly that's what was needed; b) not turning the breakers back on when finished; and c) not cleaning up the area completely (although some effort was made). The bigger problem was that I also wanted to get information about a whole-house filtration system, and the guy who did the repair did discuss that with me. He took a sample of the water to have it tested, so we would know what kind of system would be appropriate; he said that would take a couple of days, but then he never got back to me. I called after a week or so and spoke to the receptionist, who promised to investigate and get back to me right away, but she never called back either. I guess maybe that's something they are not real interested in doing. But I think I would be willing to hire them again for repairs.

Zack arrived on time and used the snake to unclog my sink. He was polite, personable and professional. He took about 45 minutes to complete the job and even gave me some tips on preventive maintenance to keep the problem from happening again. I have used Advanced Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future. My only criticism was that the price was a little higher than I expected. However, you get what you pay for.

He was very pleasant, prompt, everything was clean and didn’t leave any junk. I will recommend him and use him, again.

From beginning to end Absolute Air was great to deal with. The sales technician Chuck was personable and professional, and the installation team of Andrew and Nelson were courteous, neat and extremely competent. Josh was extraordinarily helpful with questions, and the office staff is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, and I would definitely use them again.

It went well. The technician explain the process. Out of 2 valves he only needed to replace one of them, the other he showed me only needed the packing nut tightened. I wood not have known that.

Wonderful!! Memorial Day Holiday weekend! Starts out with a clogged sink between the duplexes! Called, had someone here in about an hour..fixed it easily with the industrial snake. Back in business. Tech knew exactly what to do, and told us it was eggshells clogging the pipes.

Went well, same day service. Licensed plumber explained 'flat rate' price and Angie's List discount beforehand, then he opened the wall, and repaired the pipe. Advance does not repair the wall, but the plumber did a professional job, worked neatly and cleaned up afterward.

Advanced Plumbing was way overpriced! They wouldn't give me any indication of price by phone, even though this is a fairly routine job. Once onsite, they told me there is a standard price for this job: $250. And their rate is fixed, regardless of how easy it turns out to be and how long it takes. In the end, the job was very easy and took about 45 minutes (someone else did it), so $250 was more than twice the appropriate cost. Meanwhile, I wasted time without functional plumbing while these guys came in for an appointment to do the estimate. Not a good process.

I have needed multiple things in multiple bathrooms. It always goes just as they say. They show up on time, are knowledgeable, provide an estimate before work starts that does not change. I trust them and their work.

These guys were great in terms of scheduling appointments for quoting and installing. The new boiler they installed also looks great and operates well. However, the install job itself got a little messy. I was at work when they called for payment, which I assumed meant the job was done. I arrived home to find my basement a mess. Chunks of concrete where they had made a hole in the foundation were everywhere. They were also a bit sloppy in cleaning up the floor from the old boiler and laying down new flooring - it had dried all over my stairs and wood flooring. When I called to complain they alleged the job wasn't done yet. However, they had already called that day for payment which I thought meant the work was done. They came back the following day, to do what I am not sure, and still failed to clean up the mess. When I called again the owner did come visit, though I had already cleaned everything up so there wasn't much more to be settled. He did apologize. They were all friendly people, I just wish Advanced Plumbing & Heating was more meticulous in how they lay down the concrete and clean up after their good work. Based on other reviews perhaps this was an oddity.

Jeremy diagnosed the problem and performed the required repairs efficiently and quickly. I've used Jeremy for a number of jobs now, and he always answers my calls quickly, fixes the problems and is professional and great to work with. I would recommend Advanced Plumbing wholeheartedly.

They always do a super job. They call back promptly, and are able to come out soon. One time the boss drove over a part they didn't have on their fully-equipped truck! The technicians are always friendly, professional, and competent. They clean up after themselves and leave the area looking better than when they came! I didn't know my faucet could shine like that!

It went really well. Chris came by and got right to work. He was a very nice guy and very personable, and he really cared about doing a good job. The price was very reasonable. The scheduler on the phones was very patient with me, despite my cranky mood.
