Description of Work: Initially I needed them to come in after a flood to assess my condo and see if they could determine whether or not I had a source of the leak and/or any evidence of how it started. Because the sheetrock was out, Mike suggested it would be good to change the plumbing. He certified that it was polybutylene pipe work which was banned after a multi-million dollar class action suit in the 90's. They were very helpful and found some sites suggesting chronic leaks with evidence of copper corrosion at some joints. I had all of the plumbing replaced in anticipation of being able to rebuild. They are definitely my plumbers forever and I recommend them to anyone who needs one. I have had positive feedback from friends about their work as well.
