Brian was awesome! First of all, I called the office at 11am on the day before Thanksgiving... and they were able to get someone out to me that day. They saved Thanksgiving!!! Then, Brian came and snaked all the pipes and made sure everything was working really well. Then, before he left, Brian noticed another problem I was having with a valve to my washing machine hose. He went out of his way to find the parts on his system and write out a quote so that when I schedule the work I will get the same price/work that we discussed. I can't recommend Advanced enough. Thank you!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Advance Plumbing and Heating in Newington. They recently completed a gas conversion at my house and I was very impressed. When Dave come out to provide me a detailed estimate, he was able to answer all my questions on the spot and also provided other informative information. Nicole in the office guided me through the next steps, the paperwork, dates for the install and she was so pleasant to work with. Beyond impressed with Devon and his team for the actual install and removal of old equipment. They were all so nice, explained everything along the way, cleaned up everything like they were never there. Also impressed that the owner Michael stopped by which I find so important. If anyone is thinking about a gas conversion, I highly recommend Advance Plumbing and Heating.

The plumber that came replaced a part, which seemed to be misfunctioning -- then I noticed the leak was still happening. He was able to come back and discover another misfuntioning part that needed to be ordered. After the part came in, they scheduled him to come back for a third time in order to replace the part. I was charged for the second part, but not the time it took him to fix it (since he had missed it at the first visit). I thought that was extremely good service!

Very good. I was worried about water flowing inside my home. He assured me my faults prevented that.

I was worried that my 2 outside faucets were leaking and causing my water bill to increase. John from Advanced Plumbing came by and checked both faucets and the inside pipes. He said they were in good shape and he even showed me how to monitor the water neater. John also gave me a quote for new faucets should I decide to replace them since the house is older. The service was great with both John and the people I spoke with on the phone. I will call Advanced next time I have a plumbing or heating issue. In another entirely different situation: My son lost his wallet and an Chris an employee of Advanced plumbing returned it to him. He didn’t know my son but took the time to come to our house to return my sons wallet with everything intact. Advance plumbing hires honest good people.

I am looking to install a new toilet and sink on the 2nd floor of my home. Called around and got the number from Angie's List, where the provider is highly rated. Explained the job and was told there would be no charge for the service call (I had to repeat twice that this was for an estimate, not a 'service call' since nothing is broken or requires repair). Made an appointment with a 2 hour window. Arranged to be home during that time frame and cancelled on appointment. That day, no one showed up. Received a phone call 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour window indicating that the technician was running late. I was asked if I would like to reschedule. I politely said 'no.' If they were running late, they would have known that earlier and could have given me a courtesy call earlier than 5 minutes prior to the end of the visit window so, you know, I could do other things. Things happen, of course, but there is common courtesy -- and in today's age where everyone has a phone, there is just no excuse for that.

Chris a person employed by Advance Plumbing and Heating found my sons wallet in the street and returned it to my home fully intact. I wanted him to take a tip and he said no because he said if it happened to him, he hoped someone would do the same for him. Thank you Chris and Advance Plumbing for hiring such a good and honest employee. 🥇

All work was completed in the same day,with total satisfaction on all three projects and done professionally by a very polite plumber who explained all the details of the repair work and why it had to be done. Also total cleaning after work was completed. I would highly recommend-Advance Plumbing &Heating Inc to anyone in need of plumbing repair.

David arrived early and assessed and repaired all items discussed. He was very professional.

Each job performed was done professionally and of high level of quality. From their customer service people, particularly Tammy, to their actual technicians, their friendliness and knowledge of the issue and corrective action is very commendable. Price is very reasonable. I will continue to use their services in the future. Brian is a real friendly service man. Tammy is an exceptional customer service person. She makes you feel as a VIP when you speak to her. Lastly and, AGAIN, thank you for being there when I need your services.

It's been about 3 months since our oil to gas conversion, and we are so pleased with how everything came together. The crew was prompt, professional, answered all of our questions, and did an awesome job installing all the new equipment. Even the cleanup crew that came did a great job and made sure not to damage anything while they were removing the old heavy tank and boiler. On top of the wonderful professionalism, they were also prompt to help us stay warm by providing us with oil up until our installation so that we did not have to negotiate partial fills with oil company. Our home was warm all winter, and we are so excited for the cost benefits from switching to gas. Thank you for helping us raise the value of our home!

This was my first time using this company. They Were very responsive to my call. Someone was here within an hour. That someone was Chris. He was wonderful! Very nice and very knowledgeable. He figured out issue very quickly and repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with him and with Advance. If all of their techs are like Chris then they have a winning team. I will most definitely use again.

Advance plumbing most recently replaced cracked pipes in the basement leading to sewer main. it was a big job and had to be done right away. once contacted, they had a plumber at the house later that day. Quickly coordinated with me to get the repair done timely. I highly recommend Advance Plumbing for big or small jobs. They have assisted me in the past with water heaters, clogged drains, leaky sinks. Great job!

The service was great! I am always nervous about getting overcharged by plumbers but this was a reasonable price for the various services that were done. The person was very creative in fixing a problem with my faucet in the bathroom that would have otherwise cost a lot more money. I was very impressed.

Our water heater broke at 6:15 in the morning - Advanced responded to my 8 am call and had Zach, a great plumber there at 1:00 and the new water heater installed and the area cleaned by 2:50. I can't say enough about how responsive Advanced is and how professional their employees are. I would recommend them and will use them again.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The serviceman was neat and cleaned up well after the job. My only concern is the quality of the replacement water heater. When researched later found that the brand had very poor reviews of both product quality and customer service.

Plumber Zach P. came out for an appraisal last Monday. He was responsive to all my questions. I was able to schedule the work for that Wednesday - the first time I was available. Zach and Brian, his apprentice, arrived on time Wednesday. They were able to remove the original knobs, cut down the tiled wall around the knobs, replace them with a new single handle diverter and remodel plate in less than 3 hours - less time than I expected. Effort to replace the drain shut off mechanism (mechanism to allow water too pool for taking a bath) failed because I live in a multi-story condo flat and accessing the broken part would have required breaking down the bathroom ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. As has been my experience with other plumbers in the past - they cleaned before leaving and I finished it up. I would recommend them because they did quality work efficiently and were professional and easy to work with. The owner and the office staff were informative and responsive as well. (btw, they used Delta parts - that had been highly recommended to me by remodelers I spoke with in the past.)
