When you sell a house they have an inspection and this was for something that the new owners wanted fixed on a house I was selling. They did a good job. They were very thorough. I showed them the repair complaint and they responded specifically to that and gave me a written estimate and cost to show to the new buyer. I was very pleased with that. I wrote use them again on my receipt.

He did a very good job. They were efficient and didn't take a long time. They showed up on time, which was good. I can't remember exactly how scheduling went but he either came out the same or the next day. I don't remember the price exactly but I would have remembered if it were high, so It was a fair price. It's never enjoyable to have someone come over to fix something but this was an enjoyable as it could be.

They did a great job, haven't had any issues with it. They came and fixed the leak. Gave them a tip like five dollars.

They came back two days later, one of the things they did was replace an leak in my shower, but it was leaking again, two days later, and they did a whole lot of work. I called them back, and they took care of it quickly.

Everything I have had is excellent, I have not had any issues. They were great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first phone call when I spoke to Linda and explained my problem, I knew we were in good hands. Linda was patient, knowledgeable and an outright pleasure to deal with. Less than 10 minutes after my initial call, I received a call from Mike, asking about our problem and assuring me that he would help us. While Mike and Linda were exceptional, our repairman Kevin was literally the most efficient, dedicated person I have ever had the privilege of working in our home. Kevin showed up and snapped into action, identified our issue and worked to fix it. When he left on Saturday, we had heat and hot water. Flash forward 3 hours, the furnace broke down again with a new problem that no one could have seen. One call to Mike and Kevin was ready to come back, we asked that he stay with his family given that it was Saturday night and he assured me he would be there first thing Sunday morning. Without fail, there was Kevin, bright and early Sunday morning ready to spend whatever time necessary. He took everything apart leaving nothing unturned. Kevin found parts that were in poor condition, filters and strainers that were clogged and parts that were caked in residue. Given that the furnace was supposedly serviced less than a year ago when we purchased the house, we were shocked. After a couple hours, we had heat and hot water again - until a motor seized. Given that it was a Sunday, and there were no supply houses open we were stuck. Kevin did not want to call it quits, but it was out of our control. Bright and early Monday morning Kevin had the parts (and even bought additional parts just in case!). In no time everything was working even better than before. We have only been in our house a very short time and thought we were in the clear given that the heating system was less than 4 years old. Kevin took the time to show me each and every part, explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and translated it in a cost. I cannot thank Kevin, Mike and Linda for everything that they did for our family. Most companies would have packed up shop and told me they would have seen me Monday morning. Not Kevin. Not Mike. Not Linda. Advanced Plumbing and Heating is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with when it comes to our house. Their pricing is fair and straightforward with zero surprises. They don't use excuses and their work is top notch. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you guys and will NEVER use anyone else to service our heating and hot water systems.

Not only were they fast and respectful to my home, but they allowed me to watch the diagnosis and explained everything to me in explicit detail so i could see what (if any) issues there were and made sure to take extra time to explain it to me. In doing so they told me of some major issue that may arise in the future and told me who to contact when the time comes. They never pushed me to a specific vendor and did not try to push for me to receive the service if i decided it wasnt needed. Very helpful and showed up within 20 hours of me making the call on a Sunday (Monday morning at 730AM) ready and with all the tools they needed. Would hire again definitely!

Service and quality were exceptional

Not good at all. The guy came when scheduled however, he was in a rush; it was a Saturday and he kept telling me he had other jobs and/or plans. He was filled with attitude; charged me extra after he assessed cost up front, claiming job with one sink involved more AND he didn't complete the garbage disposal, telling me it was an electrical problem. It wasn't!

stan came out the 1st time for an evaluation and did a great job explaining to a novice the installation process of a new mixing valve on the furnace. he was real friendly and easy to talk with and has a genuine interest in the customer's needs. he asked how old the furnace was and discussed energy and money saving alternatives for hot water. his workmanship was top quality and his professionalism is reflective of the entire company. i had an issue from a separate issue on sunday. mike called me back and over the phone walked me through some steps to check. this company has great customer service all around and the techs are as professional as you can get.

I had tried for 2 days to fix this problem myself with no success. Expecting to get a voicemail, I phoned Advance in hopes of getting service this week. I was pleasantly surprised when a person answered the phone as I called after hours. The receptionist said she would let Mike know and I would get a call back soon. Less than 5 minutes passed and Mike had phoned me to inquire about my plumbing problem. He said he would have the receptionist phone back first thing in the morning to schedule. True to his word, I got a call first thing in the morning. It was a very pleasant experience scheduling. On the day of service, Colin was very thorough and talked me through all of the options and steps to clear the drain. I don't often leave reviews but I was pleased with the service and would likely contact Advance again if needed and recommend them to local friends.

It went really well. He had to order a new pump and within a week it was installed and running great. Much quieter than our last one. We will definitely use them again when we have our next plumbing issue.
