+ -1 moreThree years later we're still dealing with the fallout from Garrity's shoddy work. We hired them to install a pump and sensor system to supply water from a new dug well. They consistently cut corners and over-charged us. We have had to hire another company to fix the issues they created (for instance, the pump controller shorted for the second time last week, and each replacement has cost > $1,500).
Description of Work: We had a well drilled (not by them), tank and pump installed, etc.

+ -1 moreNO-SHOW APPOINTMENT WITH COMPLETE INCONSIDERATION: I was looking for a company that could provide water treatment for my house. I called E Garrity and made an appointment for them to come to my house. They said the time would be from 1-3pm. So I re-arrange my whole work schedule and I wait until 3:15pm to call and ask if anyone is still coming so that I can finally stop waiting. I was put on hold and then their exact words were: “We seem to be running behind schedule due to the storm. Would you like to re-schedule?” Really!??? No courtesy phone call!? Not even an apology!?? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS!!?? Of coarse I did not re-schedule. A few minutes later they call me back and leave a voicemail asking me if they could come by later in the afternoon. Unbelievable!! I would have still given them a chance if they could have AT LEAST BEEN HONEST AND HAVE SAID “WE MADE A MISTAKE”!!!

+ 0 moreI was having low water pressure and was recommended by a friend to call E. Garrity Water Solutions. The next day they came out and found the bladder in our tank had blown out. They gave us an accurate and fair quote, and replaced the pressure tank the same day. Water pressure was fully restored and working in no time at all. Evan does great work and I will be using E. Garrity Water Solutions again in the future!
