Description of Work: We have been buying our fuel oil and furnace cleaning services from them for several years. They are prompt when a problem arose with the furnace, and billed us for the service, as well as coming out at night on a weekend. THey office an "insurance" of sorts on the cap set buying so that you pre-buy at the best price and can still take advantage of the lowest price if the daily New Haven Harbor low is lower than the capped price. (I may not be explaining it well) THey girls in the office are great and friendly to work with.

+ -1 moreThey came home on a weekend, on a Friday night. They had to go get a part. They went and got it at 11 o?clock at night. I didn?t think that their price was unreasonable. They are a small company and they are good to work with. They have a nice staff and they are a part of the energy efficient program of the state.
Description of Work: J & A Oil Service fixed our furnace the past winter.
