 + -1 moreI feel that their pricing was fair and that they were on the top in the pool business. They were professional, knowledgeable and gave me a report every week about the condition of the pool. I would absolutely use them if somebody needed a pool constructed or refurbished. Dealing with them has been a great experience as they did not take any short cuts or try to ignore problems. I have contracted with them to do my pool for the next year.
Description of Work: I use Dobson Pools LLC for pool and spa service. I last used them to close my pool in the fall. They even do my weekly maintenance.

 + -1 moreThey provided a quote which was pretty much spot on for pumping the pool out and power spraying. The issues I had with this company relate to their inability to quote all of the services I requested, their in ability to return phone calls and provide accurate information. The quote did not include all of the information I requested. I left numerous messages for them and received 1 call back - but with NO detail. The phone stated that they were going to start work the following week. I again requested information about the initial estimate and nothing. Then, finally today I get a call from their office telling me that they are just too busy this season and can't do the work. I would be very skeptical of a company that won't provide an accurate scope of the work they will be providing. It is clear to me that my questioning spooked them. Overall very poor communication.
Description of Work: Spring 2011: Pool to be pumped Pool to be power sprayed Pool to be refilled and balanced The pool had not been in use for up to 5 years - questions came up in early discussions that the pipes could be cracked, the pool would most likely require replastering or re-painting, etc, the heater might have problems.... I asked for a ballpark idea of what those additional costs. I only received a quote for pumping and power spraying and nothing else.

 + -1 moreAfter having a great deal of problems with other local pool companies, we switched to them. They maintain our pool on a regular basis and have taken care of problems with our pumping and filtration system. They are prompt and reliable.
Description of Work: They perform our regular pool service. They have maintained the pumps and any of the pool mechanics. They have bulit pools for my friends and they have done a great job. They are great troubleshooters.
