Tony Gammardella was my main contact and the person who oversaw the project. The gentleman with him might not have had the same insight as to what my needs were, but Tony controlled the project. I chose Westconn as their reviews were a tad better than WindRiver with whom I have used in the past and was not unhappy. Tony was careful to move a birdfeeder which is kept over the tank as the tank is in the middle of a cared-for garden. He was caring and careful, and it sounds like, "it is only a septic system" but to me, it was a garden. He was unusual and I cannot recommend him enough.

They were unable to find the septic tank opening.

It is now about a month-- so far so good. We shall know better if and when the procedure lasts several months. If this is a lasting fix, it was well worth the cost.

We have a 1500 gallon tank that had not been pumped in 18 years! We called Westconn and they scheduled us for the next day. They dug to expose both access point which was included in the price which was the best price I had gotten. The roots of the neighboring Maple tree had penetrated the tank and they had to remove a large mass of roots. They did a wonderful job and recommended that we call them in two years which we definitely will. Thank you so much and I can't recommend them highly enough.
