Stopped by my house in transit to another job. They verified that no work was necessary and explained the use of my alarm system.

I have used Westconn Septic several times. Tony, the owner, is very professional and takes the time to explain his procedure, which includes examining the tank for any potential problems.

tony came out, walked right over to the tank even though he had never seen the property before and there was still 4 inches of snow on the ground! he was professional, and speedy, told me a lot about what we had in the ground and the tank. i will definitely use him again

We have hired Westconn twice. This time he came out in snowy weather to do the job. He is very reliable. He was a good communicator and explained things about the issue we were having and he went the extra mile.

I called and got a call right back. I was having a problem with the septic and Tony took the time to talk and explain things to me, when he came to the hoyse did a great job he also went out of his way to dig up the second lid. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service! Quick response to initial request. Scheduled appointment the same day to evaluate the system. Tony was terrific. Pumped out system and discovered that there was some additional maintenance required. Promised to return in less than a week to finish the work. Just heard from him today and everything is complete, just as he promised. Highly recommend using them and have already forwarded his contact information to another potential client. Prices were extremely reasonable. Will definitely use Tony again.

Even though I've been using the same septic service company for 12 years, I decided to use HomeAdvisor (HA) to get estimates from other companies. I'm glad I did! It was a pleasure doing business with Westconn Septic. Tony called me soon after I submitted the HA request and provided the prices (depends on tank size) over the phone. They were slightly less than who I've been using. So, an appointment was scheduled for the following week. Before arriving, he called to see if I was home. After my tank was cleaned, Tony said it's an old system but in good shape. He also mentioned that there could be one or more toilets not flushing because he saw water going into the tank when cleaning. A+ service!

I requested the appointment approx. 36 hours in advance through Home Advisor. They called the day before up and showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable and I would go with them again in the future.

I was very impressed with the level of service we were afforded with Westconn. Tony was both personable and knowledgable, a combination that's sold me on future service needs with these folks.
