I called Tony on Saturday with an emergency and he came first thing Sunday morning. He was very professional knowledgeable and he did not overcharge me with emergency fees like most companies would do. I was so grateful for his help and I highly recommend this company to anyone!

The WestConn septic guy came at the scheduled appointment. He was able to pump the tank at the first appointment and took the time to determine the best pump to replace the one that was old and no longer working. After pumping he assessed the tank for me to let me know that it is in good condition and informed me of the price estimate for the new pump. When he returned with the new pump, he and a coworker were able to replace it fairly quickly. They only had a bit of an issue with the wiring which was pretty old. Overall a great experience! They seemed honest, straight forward, and willing to take the time to do the job well.

Tony was in contact immediately upon submitting a home advisor inquiry for septic tank pump-out. He provided a quote over the phone and showed up on time on the date scheduled. He inspected the tank, added a riser (at my request), and answered all my questions about the condition of the tank. He and his co-worker made sure to clean everything up and place back any soil and mulch around the septic tank opening. Excellent service. Would definitely use again.
