My floor looks absolutely new. Grouting color is great. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the Sir Grout team. Extraordinary in every way.

Chris showed on time, listened as I discussed what was expected and he performed as expected. Chris was very personable. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout and Chris gave me a price on an additional grout job which I will have Sir Grout do and will request to have Chris again.

Tom, the owner came promptly when the easily arranged appointment (made online) was made and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got an appointment right away and Chris, the tech came and was very friendly, amenable, helpful and efficient as well as punctual. I was also pleasantly surprised that a human answered on the first ring when I called the 800 customer service number. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for any kind of tile or grout cleaning/sealing.

Scheduling was a hassle because they kept calling to reschedule (everyone was sick!). The two men who arrived to do the work seemed rushed the whole time they were here. They weren't thorough and I had to keep showing them places where they had missed corners or hadn't gone clear to the edge of the tile. Generally looked very nice when they left, but within two weeks the mildew returned worse than ever in the showers. They agreed to come back to redo, but scheduling again was a hassle... When they finally came back, they claimed they couldn't make the grout look any better, so it's as if they did nothing there...

The job that Sir Grout & Tile did for me did not turn out how I had expected. They steam cleaned the tile and it was suppose to make the grout look new but after a week or two went by the grout look the same as it did before I hired them. I also felt that the amount they charge was too expensive.
