Preferred Painting

We have used him three times. Once in December and he did such a good job, we had him back in January to finish something that we thought we would skip. He is very good and very professional. He gave us a written estimate. He is very prompt. He is a really good guy. I thought that it was very reasonable. I got two bids and they were with in a couple of dollars of each other. I just went with him because he gave me a written estimate and he seemed more professional. His employees were prompt and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The first time they were here, it took them a week because we painted the entire interior of the house. Except for to rooms. Once he painted the entire house. The baseboards and everything and after that was all done and we saw the two rooms, we had him come back at the first of the year and do the two rooms. Each time he had a team of four workers. They moved the furniture; I did not have to do anything. They did everything. I have recommended him to other people and he said that he had gotten more business out of it. Everything was great. I will use them again.

I have three words that best describe Craig Thomas and his crew. Excellent customer service! Craig always got back to us, usually within the hour when called with questions and setting up appointments. The work started on time and was finished on time. The weather was terrible with lots of rain, yet they came and worked while they could. We were kept up to date on the time frame and they did very good work. The siding on the house was old and mildew stained. It looked fresh and clean when done and we're very happy with the colors selected. We would hire them again.
