I have just had the pleasure of having my bathroom remodeled by Logan Design. Kevin took our outdated bathroom down to the studs (including ceiling and sub-floor) and gave us a beautiful, functional, modern bathroom in just 21 days. He is a master craftsman in every aspect of remodeling and left the work area spotless every day after he finished working. His attitude and professionalism are remarkable; most astonishingly, he quotes very fair prices. I cannot recommend him highly enough! We plan to do our main bathroom and kitchen in the next couple of years and Kevin will definitely be our first call. We can't wait to have him back; he is a joy to work with.

Kevin was the epitome of competence, ease to work with as well as meticulous. Should also mention competitively priced . He gut renovated 3 bathrooms for me and they are gorgeous per myself and all that have seen the resulting transition from old to contemporary.

Kevin is a craftsman - methodical, detail oriented, problem solver. My bathroom is just beautiful and everything is perfect. There were a few monkey wrenches when he took down the walls but nothing fazes him.

Logan Design's Kitchen Cabinet installation and kitchen renovation was excellent! He's a true craftsman. The work was very professional. The work area was cleaned up nicely each day and the disruption to our home and respect for our new appliances and furniture was outstanding. The attention to detail was excellent. Logan Design also used creative solutions when the need arose to solve unexpected problems without increasing cost. Great job!

Professional, precise, friendly, trustworthy, creative, flexible. A little slow but had to wait for some of the fittings. Overall, very satisfied considering we left him with the contempory concept and the keys to our house and then went abroad during the main work period. Highly recommend if looking for a quality job.

Bath remodel: Kevin is one of the best craftsman that I have had the pleasure of hiring in many years. He provided a very responsible estimate (which he stayed true to) - especially when you consider the quality of his work. He has a great eye for design and his engineering background is a major asset to a project, particularly one as complex as ours was. He only missed one day of work during the entire project and he made a point of calling us to let me know something had come up. Rarely do you find a contractor that shows up everyday, let alone calls when they aren't going to be there..... I plan on using him again for future project A++

You would have a hard time finding anybody better than Kevin. He is thoughtful in every sense of the word and has a great sense of style. But he looks to find YOUR style and knows how to go with it. He goes with the flow and is a problem-solver!!

We hired Kevin Logan of Logan Designs to remodel a small guest bathroom that had been out of services for approximately ten years. Kevin carefully analyzed the project and our design plans, made some good suggestions which we adopted, and completed the project within the quoted price. This bathroom is in the middle of our living area, part of which Kevin needed as a staging area. It was inconvenient, but he was always respectful of our property and our privacy. At the end of the day, the staging area was clean and usable for the evening. Kevin is reliable. He was on the job, every day arriving at 9:00AM and departing at 5:00PM. Kevin was the ultimate professional. He was conscientious, hardworking and a stickler for details. I loved his ideas for the deck and he was always willing to answer any questions I had clearly. They were the first to call us. That's important. Very flexible with the time schedule. All suggestions made by the contractor were with our best interest. We never felt we were being pushed in to something we did not need. All aspects of our job were conveyed were clearly communicated. Price was right, too. We plan on using them again when it comes time to remodel our bathrooms.

He is just a great guy. He is a nice person. I plan to take him to my friends and introduce him. He does great work. I trust him implicitly. He is a gentleman.
