+ -1 moreI quoted with four providers. Leo was the most expensive option, but I chose him for several reasons: 1. Because of his thorough, detailed description of the work he would do and exactly how he would protect the rest of my home and my possessions from dust. He followed through on every detail exactly as he said he would do. 2. He offered dustless floor sanding, and it was indeed virtually dust-free. 3. Leo offered the option of help with furniture moving, and since I live alone, that was attractive to me. In the event, I didn't need to use this service, but I appreciated having the availability. 4. The work was done exactly on schedule, and the cost was exactly what was quoted. There were no surprises or hitches in the whole process.
Description of Work: Sanded and refinished my hardwood floors, 3 rooms, two hallway and, entryway, including stair treads and 4 raised thresholds.
