+ -1 moreThey did as asked. But the next day when we were to pick up the computers at a scheduled time, my husband had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at their office. We started to notice some minor problems after the install. When I called to discuss the problems, the owner got very defensive. I was acussing him of doing wrong, I simply wanted them to take a second look and diagnose the issues. They sent out a technician. The technician talked over us & did not listen to anything we told him. He fiddled around on the computer for 15 minutes then handed me a invoice stating they charge a minimum of 1 hour for onsite, I was not told this when I scheduled the appointment. When the problems persisted, I called to discuss it with the owner again, he again got defensive, didn't know who the techinician was he sent out, how long he was here or what he did. As my husbnad was trying to explain the situation, the owner hung up on him! Then he sent a long nasty email to us. I called him and told him I felt he was very unprofessional and we would not be using his services any longer. The issue with our computers was never resolved.
Description of Work: We had to drop off to their office, 3 computers (we own a business). They were to "clean up" our systems and install a new anti-virus software.
