+ 0 moreI really do not like to criticize. And for that reason I put off writing this review for months. But every time I look in the mirror I steam up at my experience even though I believe the contractor is a decent honest guy. That said ..... For all sorts of reasons it took several months to get this done and finish where mirror meets ceiling was sloppy even after call-back. New contractor - who has been doing other projects in the house - has offered to replace mirror with a one piece (which was original goal) for about $1250. I should have done more due diligence before agreeing to the $2500 deal but that was my fault for not getting other bids. Having spent this much I will probably leave it alone for now - except new contractor will have to repair area where mirror meets ceiling.
Description of Work: Bathroom mirror. Goal was to do one piece mirror but provider said that would be tricky. We agreed he would give it three tries and if that failed he would do it in pieces which is what happened.

Description of Work: Workers repairing a broken heating pipe moved a large glassed and mirrored display cabinet. The thick glass shelves cascaded down and the mirror glued to the back wall was also broken along w/ my depression glass display pieces. Jack did a great job of replacing the shelves and the mirror on the cabinet. The workers insurance company covered the cost of the repair. We are currently working with him to set up date to repair some insulated double hung windows. Great Guy!
